Facilities and Capacity
Shearsby Bath offers an array of beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor event spaces to host all kinds of wedding occasions. For a sophisticated indoor ceremony, look no further than the Old Spa Room. This space boasts original oak beams and wood panelling that is complemented by the French-style decor. For an outdoor ceremony, the Veil Band Stand is situated at the heart of the exquisitely landscaped gardens here. A relaxed drinks reception can be held in the Orangery, where guests can enjoy a sun-drenched celebration thanks to the abundance of windows within this room. For your wedding breakfast, the Fountain Marquee offers a year-round blank canvas structure for couples to style as they desire. The marquee provides all of the comforts of an indoor occasion while keeping events connected to the beautiful surrounding scenery. Up to 250 seated guests can be accommodated here, with easy access to the grounds where attendees can enjoy garden games, toasting marshmallows, and more. Overnight accommodation is also available on-site for the couple-of-honour to complete their wedding experience here.

Absolutely Amazing Venue & Team
For context, we had a full day Hindu Wedding ceremony in the marquee, Civil Ceremony in the Old Spa Room followed by drinks and reception in the evening. A full day event to say the least. Our caterer was their in-house Indian chef who was beyond amazing.
The Shearsby Bath team, and the venue, are awesome. Only way I can put it.
Beth and Biba were so helpful throughout our planning process and the day itself. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Neither my bride, guests or I had any issues.
They were so helpful and made our day that much more enjoyable for us, and our guests. Their in-house catering team were amazing too. Guests have been raving on about the food for weeks. So much so, we came back for Sunday Lunch a couple of weeks later for my birthday (where Beth & Biba, once again, went above and beyond to look after us).
We've truly enjoyed our time with them as a client, and I'd like to think we've become friends.

Absolutely seamless from start to finish
From the first point of contact to leaving the morning after the wedding, Beth and her team were fantastic. The packages are perfectly put together to make sure you can get exactly what you want from your day . We were able to turn up on the day and enjoy every moment without worry ,being gently guided through the day with exceptional service , decor and entertainment. The calmness of the staff and the way they go above and beyond to help bridal party and guest was something else . In particular support my Dad who is disabled , they made everything so much easier for him which made his day too! We had compliment after compliment about the venue and staff and came away having had the best day of our lives . I would recommend as highly as possible for a stress free, wow factor wedding where every detail is attended to! Thanks guys you made this an unforgettable day xx

Penny & spikes wedding
We had our wedding here nearly week ago I literally had no idea how to organise a wedding ! we had a smaller wedding package which was so simple to understand , I really enjoyed organising the parts of my wedding that I needed to , if I didn't know or needed some advice i just emailed Beth who always emailed me straight back she was so chilled out but very professional so I had nothing to worry about ever.
The venue looked beautiful on the day .
The food was amazing all the staff we're great & friendly.
I would highly recommend shersbybath its so lovely here . We will becoming back here again for Sunday dinners during the winter month's.

Wedding venue
An absolutely beautiful venue which caters for all. I was super happy and with the hospitality, service and professionalism that this venue provides. All the staff, especially Beth was accommodating and looked after us until the very end. Everything was beautifully done and we were so grateful we were able to enjoy our special day at this venue. All the guest thoroughly enjoyed the food and some that were specially catered for! I would absolutely recommend this venue ☺️

Amazing- what a day!
We had our ceremony and reception at Shearsby Bath in Oct 23 and wow what a day! From start to finish the whole team were so helpful and helped reduce our wedding worries! I highly recommend getting a package as it includes so much- they pick all of the top suppliers for you- no stress about finding them yourself. They helped to organise the car, the photographer, florist, stationer, musician, cake, DJ, there is probably more I'm forgetting. Plus on the day you don't have to worry about decor or anything, it is all done by shearsby bath.
Drew was our wedding co-ordinator who not only helped to plan the day from start to finish but was there on the day to ensure everything went smoothly. A big thank you to Alison as well for helping so much with my Mums dietary restrictions.
As for the food- it was incredible, guests kept telling us after that it was the best food they'd had at a wedding, it really was that good.
The setting is stunning, the old spa room is a beautiful room to get married in and the grounds and secret garden are perfect for photos. It was an October wedding but we were blessed with 20 degree weather which was amazing.
In house DJ Steve was amazing, he definitely knew what we wanted and we were on the dance floor all night.
It really was the perfect day, thank you to all at Shearsby Bath.

Outstanding
Wow, what a venue!! Amazing family run business. Made our wedding so personal. Vary accomodating. Really couldn't do enough for us and really gave us a wedding that surpassed our ideas. The wedding food was also outsanding every at our wedding kept saying the food really was the best wedding door they had ever had. Every member of staff where so polite and really did Rocky and his family that run shearsby bath proud . I really cannot put into words how much I would recommend them. They really are a lovely bunch.i would also like to say how good the planners at shearsby bath are. We had Beth and she really went out of her way to put us at ease and was also very quick at replying so we had answer to our question so we weren't getting stress out. However due to I'll health she couldn't make our wedding day. But Hugh stepped in, he really is a nice genuine down to earth guy. We really couldn't ask for more especially considering he stepped in very last minute. We really couldn't recommend shearsby bath highly enough. We are also planning on having Sunday lunch there when they start up again. And we would like to send a message to shearsby bath and all the lovely staff.......thank you for making our day so special. We really couldn't ask for more.

Summer Wedding
Shearsby were amazing from start to finish! They made the wedding planning process seem a breeze. The organisers, Drew and Beth were really approachable and kept up communication all the way through the process. I never felt panicked or stressed because I knew they had it all under control. During the lead up to the wedding, I was busy working two jobs and earning a degree, so Shearsby completely saved my sanity! They are an absolute must and gave us a spectacular day.

WOW….just WOW
I can’t even know where to begin. We had our reception here on 13.08.2022 after marrying in a church elsewhere and baring in mind we had hot temperatures but that did not stop the day from exceeding our expectations. We started our journey of venue hunting mid 2021 and visited lots of places but as soon as we saw Shearsby we were totally blown away. The grounds, the set up, the hospitality and patience of the staff there was more than we ever expected. Everything was explained throughout and made very clear. Our needs were listened to without any qualms everything from start to finish was totally catered for us. The grounds are outstanding. The main building is stunning and the marquee has everything you would ever need. We opted for the ‘Ultimate package’ so this meant that absolutely everything is done for you. All I needed to do was buy my dress, bridesmaids dresses and suits. 9 weeks before our day my sister died suddenly who was also supposed to be one of my bridesmaids and the support and change of ideas to include her in our day were more than excellent. Everything was thought about carefully, suggestions were made to us gracefully and the actual day was beyond my wildest dreams. The food on the day was stunning. All was made fresh and served hot. The staff including bar staff and waiting staff were the kindest people and obviously take so much pride in their work. You can see from a mile away the teamwork at Shearsby is exceptional and every staff member is valued. Massive massive shout out to Drew! What a guy he is….had us laughing our heads off from the first meeting right up to the day. I could not of asked for a better organiser for my day. Your fab Drew!

Perfect Wedding Experience
Our long overdue wedding (cancelled twice due to Covid) could not have been any more perfect and so worth the wait. Throughout the whole experience Drew & Co were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My husband is disabled and everything was organised to make sure he was completely comfortable and relaxed. The rooms looked beautiful, the food was out of this world and the staff were so friendly. Special shout out to Drews mum who made me feel so special and you can see how much she cares for all her staff.
We can’t thank Shearsby enough for what really was a perfect day.

Always Superb.
I'm a Wedding Photographer. I've shot weddings at Shearsby more times than I remember and they are ALWAYS GREAT!
The staff are fab. Drew, Beth, Alison and Stacey do a sterling job organising the day. The venue has managed to toe the line of professionalism whilst being family run creating a unique experience for every couple and their guests. Plenty of staff to run the day smoothly but not such a large venue that it becomes impersonal. If you've not yet got a venue it's definitely one to check out.

Best venue and service you will ever have!
Shearsby bath made our wedding dreams come true, everything was perfect, from the very first appointment to the I do! Couldn’t ask for anything more Alison and Beth went above and beyond, all the team were fantastic especially Jay, high recommend, I cannot put into words how grateful we are, love to you all and thankyou from the bottom of our hearts
