For your ceremony, this space can host up to 100 guests, which grows to a capacity of 120 for a seated dining experience. The Barn, The Lounge, the outdoor Terrace and The Willow Room are all available spaces for your festivities. You'll delight in the oak features of this venue, such as the sizeable hand-crafted door framing, creating a rustic feel within the space. From the entrance hall, natural light beams into the barn, lighting up the area in beautiful ways. Perfect Venue for Our Dream Wedding
We are immensely grateful to the team at Sissons for making our wedding day absolutely magical. The beauty of the venue, both in its setting and architecture, provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making our guests feel welcome and ensuring that the day unfolded perfectly. Beautiful venue
If you looking for a beautiful setting to host your wedding day, I would highly recommend sissions barn.
This beautiful venue was perfect for our relaxed wedding in June. Ben, Laura and alex was always at hand for all your needs. They all looked after after us from day one! They made our day full of memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding!
A massive thank you to Ben, Laura and the team for making our day truly magical! The team were so responsive and helpful leading up to our big day, easing any concerns or worries that we may have had during the planning stage. The team are so attentive, professional and friendly, delivering a personalised and impeccable service. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be and more, and the team played a massive part in helping us to achieve this!

Amazing team at a fantastic wedding venue.
Short version: Book your wedding here - It's a stunning venue with an amazing team.
By some miracle, we managed to find availability at Sisson's barn at less than 6 weeks' notice from the point of confirmation. On our first viewing, we fell in love with the place and were instantly convinced that this team would help us put together the wedding we wanted, even in the crazy timeframe, and they certainly delivered. Ben was incredibly helpful in many aspects of the wedding planning, from talking us through what we or they would need, up to and including helping us solve various problems that inevitably cropped up trying to get it all together in that time. They were very flexible and understanding, and we felt they were doing their best to make sure we got the day we wanted - it was our wedding day, not a carbon copy of some brochure, which mattered greatly to us.
The day itself was fantastic. The whole team was wonderful, we felt very looked after - as did our guests. Everything ran smoothly, the team took care of everything and we were free to enjoy our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding, at any notice, never mind such a short one. That stands saying again: We had the perfect wedding and Ben and his team had a huge part in that. The service given to us was beyond top tier, and both the venue and the staff couldn't be faulted. Scarlett (an extra point of contact for the day before and on the day) also went to great pains to help. These sentiments have been echoed to us over and again by all of our guests, who had a fantastic time.
It's also worth noting that we found the trusted suppliers list very helpful. They were, again, the best quality, very professional and lovely to boot. We can see why the team at Sissons work with the suppliers we met. They know what they're doing here. We can't recommend this venue highly enough and we're extremely grateful to the whole team for our day.

A stunning venue with first class service from start to finish!
Sissons Barn is a stunning venue and we knew straight away it was perfect for us. From the moment we first visited, right through the lead up, the day and beyond we couldn't fault Ben and the team, nothing was too much trouble and communication was fantastic. We wanted a very relaxed feel to our day with none of the usual formalities such as speeches and they totally nailed it, making it look effortless. We can't thank them enough, all our guests have all said how wonderful Sissons Barn was and we 100% agree!

Outstanding and such a special wedding venue
We honestly could not have chosen a more beautiful and special wedding venue. Ben, Scarlett and Laura were always on hand to help us with anything. We planned our wedding in under 4 months and I didn't once feel stressed with all the preparation because I knew that Sissons Barn had thought of everything, from their handy timeline we received when we booked the venue to the drinks tasting and always being on hand if we had any queries.
The venue is stunning and I know it took all of our breathes away on the day. We got married at Thorney Abbey and then went to Sissons for our wedding reception. The staff were ready for our guests with welcome drinks and there was not a moment that Ben and Laura stopped, they were everywhere, checking if we had everything we wanted and that our guests were happy. They are truely masters in their field and we felt so lucky that we had them with us to share our day.
The magical touches like the twinkling lights outside and the engraved leaf for their tree really did make it feel so unique.

Dreamiest Venue & Team
Couldn’t have found a more perfect setting, venue & team!!
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail is flawless.
We got married in the willow room outside & it is just breathtaking. If the weather wasn’t so good we would have been more than happy inside in front of the forge.
You won’t find a venue as stunning as Sissons Barn in my opinion.
The team at Sissons, particularly Ben, Laura & Scarlett, are incredible. Anything you need they are there. Everyone is super friendly & helpful! Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is met with a smile & most importantly, humour!
Any surprises I planned were kept & helped with!
Everyone that came to our wedding has not stopped talking about how amazing everything was! And keeps asking if we can make it an annual event - at Sissons Barn!!

The most magical day
Ben, Laura and their team were absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. From the initial meeting and viewing the venue, Ben was so warm and welcoming and the barn…we just fell in love. The barn is set in beautifully maintained grounds with the characteristics and charm of a traditional barn yet modernised.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was excellent and there really aren’t enough words to describe the care and support we received. You will be in very safe hands with this family run business and they will always have a special place in our hearts; our day wouldn’t have been what it was without their planning and dedication.
We cannot recommend Sissons Barn and the team highly enough.

Just perfect
We booked Sissons Barn for our wedding as soon as we visited, it's a beautiful venue set in the countryside.
Ben, Scarlett and Laura were all very accommodating throughout our planning and organising phase and answered all our questions, even giving us some ideas along the way.
The venue was solely ours for the duration, setting up on Friday and collecting our items on Sunday, leaving us to enjoy our wedding day.
Ben and Scarlett were on hand throughout our wedding to ensure everything went as we wanted, with any little hitches being sorted without us knowing about it.
Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our wedding day just perfect!

Stunning venue and excellent staff!
We recently had our wedding at Sissons Barn on the 24th June 2023 and it was our dream day, all thanks to the venue and staff at Sissons! Ben, Laura and Scarlett were so helpful from initial enquiry to the day itself and couldn’t do enough for us as a couple and our guests. We went for regular visits and catch ups, had a wine tasting evening which was great fun and they helped us with timings and decorations the day before the wedding. The day itself went without a hitch, all thanks to the team and they kept us calm and made sure we always focused on enjoying our day. Ben drove us around the farm on the tractor on the day of our wedding for some photos which was a great moment for us to relax and take everything in. The grounds are immaculate, lighting is amazing and the service is incredible. Big thank you to Ben, Laura and Scarlett for making sure our day was everything we dreamt of, it’s an incredible venue that is ran by a dedicated team. Thank you again!

From start to finish it was a very special experience planning what you want for your own big day a rather than having packages with things you don’t want to pick everything you want which was amazing.
We loved the copper leaf to add to the tree such a special touch and makes the experience more personal.
Gutted we didn’t get the tractor ride due to the rain but we still enjoyed our day and evening

What a beautiful venue.
The venue was absolutely stunning, all my guests couldn’t believe how pretty it looked once all of our flower arrangements were in, they have beautiful lights with flower arrangements on which guests were asking is that what we did or apart of the venue?
All my guests commented on the food and said it was outstanding, they went above and beyond for our guests with allergies & food preferences.
Alex was great, she really helped with ideas and directed me on how things would go, making it less stress free, when I went to set up on the Friday the room was practically ready for me to put my final touches on.
