Later rebuilt during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, the Manor House was bequeathed to the National Trust in 1948. If you wish to have a marquee for larger celebrations, then there is ample space within the extensive grounds. The grounds also feature a sensory garden and stone arbor, a perfect setting for photo opportunities.
