This venue is incredible! The venue itself and the grounds are beautiful. I had an image in my head of what I wanted and Richard and his team couldn't have done enough for us. It was exactly what we wanted and the whole day just flowed with no stress.

Bearsted golf club is such a beautiful venue. We had the best time, the team there were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our event. The light was great for our photos with so many windows it really helped us capture some incredible memories!

We fell in love with the venue after finding it by chance, and we were so glad we did. From start to finish Kirsty was welcoming, friendly, flexible and honest. Kirsty made recommendations throughout that she felt suited our desired day, and made sure we knew what was available, with no set package like most venues. It was just what we were looking for. On the day, Kirsty and her team well professional, helpful, friendly, well organised and made sure that everyone was looked after and had a great day in the sunshine. A day we will never forget, thank you so much Beach Hut Weddings!

We had the best wedding reception at Stone Court House. The venue is stunning and rich in history and beauty, and the attention to detail was phenomenal, as was the Wedding Suite. We had our Champagne reception, Bar and Catering all in the Grand Ballroom and the main reception and disco in the Star Chambers Marquee. The layout and decor were perfect. The Marquee was perfectly lit and the heating above made sure our guests were not cold on a cold November day. We received so many compliments on the venue and Saban and Belinda really went the extra mile for us and kept in touch constantly to ensure things ran just as we wanted!! I could not recommend this venue enough and look forward to visiting again for our 1 year Anniversary. If you are unsure about booking this venue, go and have a look in person, you will not be regret it!!

Going into our wedding, my now wife and I had some idea of what we wanted for our wedding day, a venue away from the hustle and bustle of civilisation, a rustic but well equipped barn, picturesque surroundings for as far as the eye could see. We thought we were being too picky, and that such a venue only existed in our imaginations. That was until my wife stumbled across Home Farm Stables. From the pictures we were excited, and so we quickly asked to meet the owners to take a look around. Lucy and Barry met us in the court yard of their wedding venue. It had been easy to find, and we were impressed by how close to Uckfield it was for our guests to find transport, but somehow felt like it was a hundred miles to the nearest person. We greeted them, and immediately knew this place was special. They were warm and welcoming, but interested and excited in what we had planned. As we started walking around, a cynical man could think this was all part of a sales pitch, but as you will read below, this was far from the case. The venue itself is stunning, the barn is rich with character, set in front of bright fields which blur into lush forrest. The facilities are excellent, more than ample for any decently sized wedding, and everything is nicely accessible those less able. As you leave the barn, and enter the fields beyond, your view is dominated by a wise oak that almost seems too perfectly shaped to be real. Lucy and Barry suggested we should have our ceremony beneath the enormous canopy of the tree. We were thrilled. Throughout the planning of the wedding, Lucy and Barry maintained a level of enthusiasm that kept us excited for our wedding, rather than anxious over the details. They kept up the that initial energy that had drawn us in on the first meeting, contributing a plethora of ideas and suggestions which we adopted for our day, and it wouldn't have been the same without them. Wandering back up the field, we passed along side the pig sty and cottage that come with the venue. Again, everything is wonderfully equipped, and beautifully furnished. In front of the pond, near the cottage, there sat a repurposed horse carriage, Barry suggested we could have cocktails from it after the food, and we did. They were excellent. We also decided to have Glamping tents set up in the field, which Lucy and Barry helped organise. This was completely painless too, with our guests turning up to drop off their belongings straight into ready prepared bell tents. Our wedding day was flawless. It was, and always will be, a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. This was in no small part due to the perfect venue, and the perfect hosts. This venue is a MUST SEE! It is the perfect place to celebrate, and enjoy the best days of your lives.

The Lightship was a magical venue for our wedding. We were guided through wine choices with an incredible depth of information. The food selection used high quality locally sourced ingredients and was beautifully cooked and presented. The venue was spectacular and provided the perfect venue for an exciting intimate wedding. Arriving by motorboat through the marina surprised all our guests and made for a memorable moment. The staff provided an immaculate service in a relaxed and friendly way. Every guest felt looked after. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Our wedding day was perfect and spectacular.

I cannot recommend Kingdom enough! We had such a fantastic day and Kingdom made it so wonderful. The venue is stunning! The ceremony (weather permitted) takes place under Seven Sisters Chestnut, a giant tree made up of 7 trees, it is a truly breathtaking ceremony area. You even go inside the tree to sign the marriage schedule so cute! I loved this and it is what I first fell in love with when I saw the venue. It blew our guests away. The views from the rooftop and balcony are gorgeous. Maia the events coordinator is an absolute star! From our first meeting, many questions through email and on the day itself, Maia was on it with everything. She set up areas we couldn't due to the cafe being open the day before, made sure we stayed hydrated during photos, helped source an alternative to the guest book when it looked like this didn't turn up (it did but was lovely she made sure we had options if not), made sure we got our own bit of cake so we didn't miss any and countless other things that made the day run so smoothly. The food at the venue is amazing. Some of our guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding and we have to agree! We are just sad that they don't serve this food regularly as they don't serve the wedding food outside of events. It is a truly unique gorgeous venue and we loved everything about it. My husband and I were among the first couples to get married at Hidden Acres, and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue! We had 100 guests during the day, with an additional 20 joining us in the evening. On the night before the wedding, 14 of us checked into the Farmhouse. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The afternoon before the wedding was spent adding our personal touches to the marquee, followed by an early night. Waking up on the property made everything feel so special. With three master bedrooms, both the groomsmen and bridesmaids could get ready in separate rooms, which made the morning even more relaxed. Sneakily watching our guests arrive from the house was a delightful experience! The ceremony lawn is absolutely stunning—sweeping countryside views and a perfectly flat lawn made for a picturesque setting. The venue provided chairs, a PA system, and a sound engineer, which gave us peace of mind knowing everyone could clearly hear the ceremony. Afterward, the venue brought out lawn games, and our guests had plenty of seating and shade. At 3:45, we were called to the marquee, which was bright, airy, and perfect for our reception. The sides could be rolled up to allow for extra airflow, which was a welcome relief on the warmer afternoon. The venue provided all the tables and chairs. We provided corkage-free drinks from 1-5 pm, and at 5, the venue’s fully stocked bar opened with all the popular drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Sarah ensured everything ran smoothly. It was such a relief knowing all the details were being looked after so we could truly relax and enjoy the day. Sarah’s meticulous planning helped us prepare for every detail in advance. We opted for paella catering, which was fantastic! The day felt magical, and the sunset over the meadow created breathtaking photos that we’ll cherish forever. We partied until 11 pm, when quiet hours began. Then we gathered around the campfire for the rest of the evening, continuing the celebration in a more intimate setting. The venue also provided three bell tents, allowing more of our friends to stay on-site. Additionally, we had free access to the props and styling shed, we choose a range of rugs, pillows, milk churns, and lanterns to add that touch. A massive thank you to Hidden Acres for allowing us to be one of the first couples to marry here! The day was organised with military precision, and it was, without a doubt, the best day of my life.

Holly and her team were exceptional from start to finish. Excellent communication from the start and always a ‘can- do’ attitude. Everything went perfectly on the day thanks to their organisation. Our wedding breakfast was stunningly presented and delicious! The team are also super fun and lovely to work with. Thank you so much guys, we had the best time!!

I had the pleasure of being part of the bridal party at this venue on Saturday. My sister’s wedding and from booking the venue to her wedding they have been so helpful and on the day the venue looked amazing. Staff were lovely, Perfect location for any event we really had the most amazing day can’t recommend this venue enough thank you xx
