About
Splotts Moor Farm is a wedding and special event venue outside Glastonbury, Somerset. The family-owned property is a former dairy farm that opened in 2012 as an event space and guesthouse.
Facilities and Capacity
This idyllic homestead was built from stone recovered from poet Alice Buckton's Tor House, which stood for over 200 years. The White family combines the farm's history with contemporary conveniences to offer a venue ideal for creating lifelong memories during the once-in-a-lifetime occasion. The grounds contain beautiful, expansive, lush gardens, a traditional stone circle, and a fire pit. A custom-built timber frame marquee tent, capable of holding up to 180 people, is also installed and can be used on the big day. An arched path welcomes couples and loved ones from the spacious fields to the guesthouse that sleeps six and is equipped with modern amenities.
Services Offered
Splotts Moors Farm's versatile spaces can be designed to suit any theme, from a bohemian-style celebration to a more elegant and sophisticated affair. The venue provides various marriage services, ranging from basic décor and lighting to furniture setup to preparing the tables and cutlery for the meal and much more. The nearlyweds and their invitees can avail of the farm's free parking and ample room for camping. The rural estate offers many other services that can be added to the basic package, such as tables and chairs, equipment for lawn games, or a jousting tent. The Splotts Moors Farm family will work with the fiancées to create a package to bring dream weddings to life.
