The most incredible day
Stanbrook Abbey Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Liza went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was planned exactly how we wanted it. She put us in touch with lots of their trusted suppliers, who helped bring our perfect day to life. The day ran very smoothly and Clyde worked hard to ensure all of our needs were met. The food was incredible and our guest had the best time. The Callow Great hall was the most beautiful place for us to get married. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a wedding venue. Thank you so much to Stanbrook Abbey Hotel for everything.

The wedding of our dreams
The grand setting of the callow great hall , the grounds, the open and spacious pavilion speak for themselves and are just some of the things that tempted us to view Stanbrook Abbey and as soon as we stepped in and met the people, shoutout to Becca and Ellie, we knew it was the one for us and would be worth the 3 hour drive our friends and family would have to take to get there - given the compliments we received from our guests, they found it worth it! I can't express enough how professional everyone was not only on the day but throughout the planning process. They go above and beyond to give you a stress free and seamless experience and I can't thank the team enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams. Just incredible!

Perfect day
We had our day on the 20th April and it as perfect fro start to finish. The setting, the staff, everything was well organised and beautiful!! Jodie has been great throughout the planning process and answered every question quickly & kindly. All of our guests loved the day and haven't stopped telling me how lovely Stanbrook Abbey was for a wedding! We have had some amazing photos inside and out, it is a perfect venue for photos no matter the weather!

The Hetherington Wedding
We can not thank Stanbrook Abbey enough. Liza and Iris were absolutely fantastic from our very first meeting right up until the big day! They serviced our every need and went above and beyond to cater for ourselves and our guests. The venue had the WOW factor and all of the staff were phenomenal. Outstanding
We originally booked Stanbrook Abbey 3 years ago as we were blown away by the venue when visiting for a wedding show day.
We both couldn’t be happier with having our wedding here, the venue sells itself and it’s just stunning. We booked with Jody who was amazing and couldn’t be more helpful always answering my queries and emails and helped with every step of the process.
Me and my bridesmaids hired the Manor House the night before and I couldn’t recommend it enough it’s absolutely stunning and so special to spend the night there before.
We both couldn’t be happier with having our wedding here, the venue sells itself and it’s just stunning. We booked with Jody who was amazing and couldn’t be more helpful always answering my queries and emails and helped with every step of the process.

Utter Perfection
It is hard to know where to begin when describing Stanbrook Abbey and our wedding day - we feel "utter perfection" probably sums it up best! From the moment that we viewed the venue, we knew it was the place where we wanted to get married and we were so lucky to have the fabulous Jodie guide us through each step of the way. Super professional (her email response times are beyond lightening speed!) and so efficient, Jodie makes planning your wedding feel fun, not stressful. And Iris, who was running the day for us was bright and warm and made the day run without a hitch. But these two are not alone in their fantastic level of customer service - every member of the team goes the extra mile to make sure that you, and your guests, have a day to remember. The venue is stunning - incredibly photogenic - and even though it rained all day, we didn't even notice as you can move seamlessly around the venue with no need to put a foot outside if the weather is not on your side. We got married in the Callow Great Hall, followed by wedding breakfast in the Garden Pavillion and then the evening reception in St Anne's. There is so much space here and it is so versatile so you can customise it to fit with your dream wedding. The food was so good - our guests all commented how great it tasted "Not like normal wedding food!" and flexibility to meet all guests needs is easily accommodated. We had the absolute best day of our lives and we cannot wait to go back and celebrate our first anniversary (and many thereafter) at Stanbrook Abbey.

Wedding of our dreams
It’s hard to know where to start because we cannot put into words how grateful we are to all those at Stanbrook Abbey for helping to give us our dream wedding day. The first time we saw the venue, we knew we wanted to get married there, it was everything we dreamed of. And from start to finish, those at Stanbrook Abbey impressed and kept on impressing. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond for our day and our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing both the venue and the staff are. We have had countless comments that it is the best wedding they have ever been to, and this is not just down to us, but down to this beautiful venue and their amazing staff. They did not miss anything and were on hand every minute during both the lead up and the wedding day itself. The venue is just unbelievably breathtaking, even more so when you are actually there and being able to stay there with our guests and make use of the beautiful Manor House made it even more special. The food was outstanding, the service was 10/10, the organisation and the care put into our day was just second to none. All at Stanbrook abbey made us feel special, but we have to mention Jodie and Clyde who became such special parts of our day by doing whatever they could to ensure it was perfect. They are both friendly, approachable and amazing people who just want what’s best for the couples they are working with. Not one detail was missed. We even had a personalised teddy in our room the night of our wedding. We will continue to visit and stay at Stanbrook as it now holds a special place in our hearts and always will. Once again, thank you to Stanbrook abbey and ALL of the staff for the best day of our lives.

Stanbrook Abbey really was the perfect venue for our wedding, but it was the staff and organisation that made it such a special place.
We fell in love with the place the first time we viewed it as a prospective venue for our wedding. The atmosphere, elegance and the overall vibe helped us decide there and then it was where we wanted to get married, the Callow Great Hall was stunning.
Becca was our wedding planner and she was superb, very organised and always willing to help. Any queries or requests were dealt with promptly and always to our satisfaction.
The day itself was an absolute dream and in no small part to the amazing Iris who was our event manager on the day. She was definitely the star of the show ensuring everything ran smoothly and to plan.
What else to say? Beautiful beautiful venue, amazing staff. We'd do it all over again at Stanbrook in heartbeat.

Just Perfect !!!
Matt and Sam Rhodes - wedding 11th August 2023... What can we say??? It was just perfect!! The planning, the attention to detail, the help, the quality of everything, the people that we dealt with, the suppliers that we were introduced to, were all just amazing. We have only just received our pictures and films back and they are just sublime!! This truly is a magical place and our day couldn't have gone any better. Special thanks to Becca our Wedding Coordinator and Liza the Manager that showed us everything and made all of those important introductions. If you are looking for a venue for your special day with just that little bit something extra, you won't find better than Stanbrook !

Absolutely incredible!
I cannot thank every person at stanbrook Abbey enough for making our day the most incredible of our lives. From the second we walked through to door for our first tour, right through to the service the morning after the wedding, everything was beyond beautiful. We had so many compliments on how stunning the venue is, the quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff - we would choose this venue again and again! Absolutely loved that so many guests could stay over too, this made for a lovely morning sharing breakfast together.
Cannot recommend the Manor House enough for the night before - having all of the bridal party in one place on the morning of the wedding was just a dream.
Thank you so much to the whole team, we only wish we could do it all over again!

A venue that has it all
We had the most amazing small initiate wedding at Stanbrook a few weeks ago. Everything from the options for rooms, the grounds, staff, food, was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day and as for the hotel and location itself, you can’t go wrong. Jodie, our wedding planner, was responsive, took initiative and communicated well with us in the run up. Everything was taken care of on the day.

Fantastic - highly highly recommended!!
Stanbrook Abbey is a stunning location with service to match. The wedding coordinator is excellent and immediately gave us the confidence that she was totally in control and made you feel like you were the only couples she was looking after!! The pre event organisation was outstanding including tasting the menu and wine. On the day there was nothing we had to do - everything was arranged just as we had discussed. Perfection. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - even looking after our Frenchies during the ceremony!!
