So…my wedding, well it took me a while but I managed to find this place and this was THE place for my perfect wedding. Ive always dreamed of my wedding to be special and by sure it was. I spoke to someone called Kim for an initial viewing and it was love at first site the place is so big and very spacious. theres so much history there that it builds such a character to the place. To be completely honest the place is bare as in empty however, I believe it to be a positive as it means you can let your imagination take you wherever you want to go and be as creative with every detail for your dream wedding like mine. To decor layouts to a vast variety of any types of amenities you’d like to introduce. One key point is the whole way through I didn’t feel the stress of my wedding because Kim made sure that it was my last priority. Our events manager Kim made sure all our organisers felt comfortable and confident the whole way through. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for their dream wedding.

Justine and the team were outstanding from beginning to end. We were well looked after and the staff on the day and in the morning, for breakfast, were nothing short of brilliance. Definitely made me proud to show off to friends and family. The on-site accommodation is perfect for pre wedding gatherings on the Friday and of course getting ready Saturday morning. I just want to relive the whole day again.

Holme Pierrepont Hall is a stunning wedding venue which I only discovered at my cousin's wedding - even though I've lived just a couple of miles down the road for a number of years. The hospitality for wedding guests was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for to make us all feel really special. The House and Gardens are exquisite and the food was delicious. A perfect choice Jonathan and Joanna! xx

We originally picked Hotel Van Dyk due to on-line recommendations and the fact they only hold one wedding per day. We did not want our day to feel part of a production line. I knew we made the right choice after our first meeting with Angela & Natalie. From the very start they were professional & courteous, not raising an eyebrow with some of the wacky things I wanted. We had a taster meal that helped us decide our wedding breakfast. The day itself went perfect, run in a professional & friendly manor. The room for the ceremony was just stunning, we were married in the ballroom. They helped source tablecloths to match my colour scheme to make sure it was just as i wanted it. The wedding breakfast itself was divine, every guest commented on the quality. No cold food, they did well with serving 65 guests. The day flowed perfect we had a evening buffet for 150 & a dessert buffet. Again the food was gorgeous! Oh we opted for bottles of grolsch as welcome drinks as I thought that's what my guests would prefer these were also followed by the most tasty canapés ever! The bridle suite is very lush! Even the breakfast next day was gorgeous! Every detail was perfect & what we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel as a wedding venue to anyone. We will be returning for both meals and hopefully the odd night stay! Thank you all for the hard work!

The setting at Stubton Hall is beautiful the house overlooks lawns and old ceder trees and a stunning lake. The interior and in particular the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are ooh so comfey! The food and service was exceptional with every need sesitively catered for by the staff. The Party was a fantastic end to a fantastic day with the resident DJ playing all our favorite songs with fantastic lighting and soundsystem! We can whole heartedly recommend Stubton Hall Thank you!

What a welcome, what a romantic house, and what a whizzy cottage - The Oriental Brewery in the grounds for our wedding night - a perfectly wonderful venus.

All I can say is Thank goodness we found Backbrook House, its such a wonderful place, the staff are not staff in the traditional word they are a unique team, all working os very hard to make your day exactly as you had wished. There was not one thing we would change everything beyond compare, every detail considered and delivered in a magical way - we had our dream day. Thank you so very much.
