We had the most perfect wedding day we could have ever imagined at Gellifawr Woodland Retreat in January 2019. This is such a beautiful location for a wedding, nicely hidden away in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside and perfect for outdoor photographs in the landscaped grounds! The gorgeous little cottages in the courtyard were perfect for all of our guests to stay. We've had so many friends ask how on earth we found it, and also wonderful comments that if they could do 'their day' again, they'd have much preferred this location. Our wedding coordinator Nia did such an amazing job. She really can't do enough to help you and our day was so perfect, and everything ran to plan, The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful, efficient and inconspicuous, but did a wonderful job. Great team work! Our day was so relaxed and had the most amazing chilled atmosphere, of which we really wanted our guests to feel, and a few have even commented that it was the nicest wedding they've ever been to, down to the location, atmosphere and food, wow! The food was absolutely stunning, We had canapes, a 3 course wedding breakfast and a hog-roast in the evening, and it was all totally delicious with beautiful presentation. Having the taster evening a few months before was a brilliant idea and we said that if the food on the day was half as good, we'd be chuffed. Turns out it was the same or even better! The breakfast in the morning was so delicious. We cannot praise this location enough, it is absolutely stunning, and the accommodation, quality and service are all top notch. If you choose to have your wedding here and you have a day like ours, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Everything about our day was just perfect! Alicia and Paul were so nice and couldn’t do enough to help us and make sure everything was just right, would highly recommend to everyone!!

Wigfair Hall near the village of Cefn where I used to live is a stunning property - when you see the sunset on the beautiful red bricks in the evening the whole Hall has a breathtaking rosy glow. My Son Richard and his then fiancee Lyndsey were married in St. Mary's Cefn ten years ago this June - a small drinks reception for the Grooms family was held before the ceremony which also enabled some of the guests who had travelled some distance to catch their breath and freshen up. The whole thing was a last minute decision and I would say far better for being so. The guests were enchanted to enjoy Champagne on the terrace on a beautifully sunny June morning, One of our guests even started playing the Grand Piano and the who thing was enchanting. When I left the house on the way to the Church - the Groom's car was parked up on the fabulous tree lined driveway - the Best Man had lost the ring! I am pleased to say it was eventually found under a mat in the car. However, - it just added a extra touch to everything and of course was included in the Best Man's Speech! Everything went smoothly and I will never forget walking down the Hall's beautiful staircase having changed into my Mother of the Groom outfit. Annette and Stuart would be proud of you Andrew and Rylla and I know this Venture of yours will be a resounding success."

We got married at Llangoed Hall on 23 April 2016 and have just returned for a two night stay marking our first anniversary. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding and everything went like clockwork due to the marvellous staff, particularly Lynsey and Brian and the chef. Our guests came from as far away as Germany and Cornwall and everyone says what happy memories they have of the day. We enjoyed the same high standards on our return - the staff really cannot do enough for you and are all so charming. The restaurant is superb! We will most definitely be returning.

Before getting married, I was warned by many people, about how quickly the day goes. I hoped I wouldn’t look back on our wedding with regret that it had flown by, and I had not had chance to see or speak to everyone I had wanted to. Plas Dinam delivered everything I had hoped for, and more. It was not our wedding venue; it was our home for the best 72 hours we have ever had. Each chapter of the celebration- from close friends and family enjoying a wedding eve dinner, to dancing the night away to the wedding band and partying ‘til the wee small hours, to the late brunch, newspaper- reading and walk around the grounds the following day, every bit, was relaxed and we were able to savour each moment. Leaving for honeymoon from Plas Dinam on the Monday morning, being waved off by family, really did top it all off. The photographs say it all- this house is magnificent! To not feel like a hotel guest, but be at liberty to roam from room to room, each one housing another group of friends or relatives, was simply magical. The owners, Eldrydd and Tyson Lamp, dealt with the event with impeccable sensitivity. They left us to it, so that we really felt at home, whilst also maintaining a reassuring presence so that we did not feel a huge responsibility of hosting our big day. It is impossible to pick out a best part, I can not fault any of it. We had a wedding weekend that we could not have had anywhere else, thanks to a unique house and unique hosts.

I am getting married in Oldwalls next April and i have to say the Venue is beautiful. I will keep you posted on how my wedding day goes but im sure it will be lovely as the Venue because Debbie there Wedding Planner is very good and keeps me calm.

I attended my Sisters Wedding we had a lovely meal. Roast Potatoes were scrumptious. the whole day was lovely and the setting for the actual wedding in the conservatory was beautiful. the staff could not do enough for you. have looked at this venue for my wedding this year but unfortunately that date was gone.

Our stay at mynydd Ednyfed was very enjoyable as we were made very welcome in such a homley environment. The high class cuisine was complemented by the tranquil surroundings making our time away something to remember.

I attended a friends wedding here in July of 2001 and was really surprised at how nice the place and particularly the staff were. I'd always imagined the staff to be a bit 'stuffy' but they were quite the opposite and in fact were very down to earth and friendly. Unfortunately we are marrying in the USA because my wife to be is American but if we weren't I would jump at the chance to marry here.
