Accommodates 110 day guests & additional 50 evening guests.

• A professional Wedding Co-ordinator to fully manage the smooth running of your day with a dedicated single point of contact through email, telephone and face to face appointments.
• Festoon lighting decorating the safari tent with beautiful wooden trestle tables and chairs.
• Solid hand-crafted wooden bar, with bar full service and provided by Ferry Ales Brewery to serve your drinks all day and night.
• A fire-pit with seating supplied with our very own logs.
• Rustic outdoor picnic tables.
• Log burner within the safari tent.
• Fully lit and plumbed-in toilets with running water (incl disabled & baby change facility).
• Giant poles with festoon lighting guiding guests from the parking area to the arboretum.
• Dedicated space for a catering facility with water supply close by.
• A 30Kva three phase generator to provide power distribution within the safari tent and outside area.
• Personalised recommendations of high quality local Lincolnshire suppliers who we have great relationships with, who we will happily share with you.
• Access to the site from 9am the day before, for you and your suppliers to set up and decorate.
• Access to the site up to mid afternoon the day after the event for you and your suppliers to take down.
• Overnight camping available for your guests within the grounds of the arboretum.
• Overnight car parking for guests until the following day.
