Facilities and Capacity

Taunton School has everything you need to make your day truly magical. The facility includes a number of charming, picturesque event spaces. The spectacular Gothic Chapel, built in 1907, features a lovely chancel and apse and can comfortably seat up to 300 guests. The beautiful Old Library is a perfect room for a traditional style reception and wedding breakfast. The space consists of the main room, a lobby area, and two anterooms. The library is adorned with fine wood panelling, majestic Gothic windows, and pretty golden chandeliers, and it can accommodate up to 120 people. The library’s adjoining rooms include a buffet suite and a fully-stocked foyer bar and provide ample space for up to 190 guests to sing and dance the night away. The Densham Suite, which opened in September of 2020, is one of the largest hospitality event spaces in Taunton. This space boasts state-of-the-art sound, vision and lighting equipment. It has seating space for up to 300 and it can accommodate up to 500 guests for an informal reception or evening party.
