The State Room is the property's place of pride, its grand walls covered in portraits of Britains finest figures. Amidst the enveloping coffee and caramel hues, you can hold an intimate ceremony surrounded by 45 nearest and dearest. After, the room comes alive as a stately dining space for small wedding parties, with its distinguished wooden table comfortably seating up to 22 for a candlelit meal. There is also a private terrace where guests can toast the day with cigars and fine drinks. On warmer evenings, the enchanting courtyard garden offers partially covered seating and inspiring views for an open-air reception. Larger wedding parties of up to 75 can enjoy a meal in the pub's rustic-style restaurant, while up to 100 guests are invited to drink and dance at leisure.
