Nestled in the heart of the Essex countryside, the Little Easton Manor estate is truly a precious part of Essex history with the 15thCentury Manor House itself built on the foundations of a Medieval castle and recorded in the Domesday Book. Little Easton Manor with its two magnificent barns proudly sits on 66 acres of glorious lakeland and gardens with the breath-taking Great Lake taking centre stage amongst perfectly manicured lawns and hedges where seasonal flowers offer ever-changing colour.

Our 14th Century Barn Theatre is one of the finest examples of tithe barns in the country, offering a formidable focal point, providing your guests with a real ‘wow’ factor from the moment they pass through the large wrought iron entrance gates and along the beautiful tree lined driveway. Located to the right of the magnificent Manor House and beautifully set in front of a large lawn area, The Barn Theatre provides a traditional contrast of black and white architecture with a wealth of fascinating history. Inside the Barn Theatre you will find a wealth of exposed beams and quirky characteristics, with ceilings in excess of 9m high, providing a wonderful sense of grandeur and space for your wedding ceremony and evening celebrations.

Our beautifully romantic Rafters Barn is licensed for up to 70 guests and offers an intimate space in which to exchange vows. With original beams adorned with twinkling lights, the atmosphere is warm, inviting and truly magical for your ‘I Do’s.

Our open air ceremony area, under a beautiful hand crafted pergola sits next to our Great Lake. Here, guests are seated on the lawn as you make your way down the steps by the Manor House and down the aisle where your loved one awaits.

Enjoy a gorgeous al fresco drinks reception on the terrace by the Manor House or on the lawn outside the barns, before a warm welcome into our grand Barn Theatre awaits. Here you can enjoy a delicious wedding breakfast from your choice of our Approved Caterers before greeting your evening guests and dancing the night away.

We are proud to offer full and exclusive hire of the venue and grounds on the day of your wedding, with a dedicated wedding coordinator to assist with every step of the planning process and on the big day itself to ensure every little detail is taken care of. We invite every couple to enjoy a private show round of the estate so we can spend time getting to know our couples and working with them to create their dream day.

Our beautiful honeymoon suite, with its gorgeous French antique inspired furnishings, is situated inside the first of our two fully restored self-catering cottages. A beautifully light room, cosy lounge area with log burner, fully stocked bathroom with walk in shower and small kitchenette with delicious continental breakfast supplied, it offers a touch of luxury with home from home comfort which can be shared with close family or enjoyed on your own when you hire the whole cottage in its entirety.
