We couldn’t be happier with our choice of The Bull Hotel for our wedding! From the moment we began planning, Georgia Chenery guided us through each step with ease and professionalism. Her warmth, dedication, and impeccable attention to detail left us feeling completely at ease from start to finish. Even when Georgia wasn’t available, Bex Brackley stepped in seamlessly, ensuring everything was always on track. Connor at Reception was also incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any last-minute needs.

On the day itself, Kasia Zgora, the Function Manager, truly shone. Kasia and her wait staff made sure that everything—from the ceremony to the dinner service—ran smoothly. Many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how much they appreciated her warmth and how she took the time to remember guests by name, making them feel truly welcomed and valued.

The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was exactly as we’d envisioned. We are so grateful to Georgia, Bex, Kasia, Connor, and the entire team at The Bull Hotel for making our October wedding everything we dreamed it would be. We highly recommend The Bull Hotel to any couple looking for a venue that truly goes above and beyond!

We had our wedding celebration in the Bulstrode Suite at the Bull, Gerrards Cross on 1st November 2024. The whole occasion was seamless from the first meeting with Georgia right up to the end of the evening. We were completely looked after by Kasia and her amazing staff who were all discreetly attentive and showed true professionalism throughout the day. Compliment to the chef as the food was delicious from the canapés to the dessert, all served very timely. We have had many comments from our guests who were also very impressed. This all made our day perfect, enjoyable and stress free. Three cheers to the Bull Hotel.

From the start of wedding planning to the day and even the after thoughts of our wedding I cannot recommend The Bull Hotel more. Lauren was fantastic in any and all aspects of the planning even taking over speaking to suppliers for us and arranging place cards for the day. There was never an email or message that was not responded to on the day or day after sending them, and the communication of who to speak to if someone was away was better than anywhere.
All the staff were professional and friendly no matter when we visited the venue be it for menu tasting, the fantastic wedding fairs The Bull Hotel put on or even the bridal shower my wife had a few weeks before the wedding. On our arrival Conor at the front desk was friendly and so helpful as we set the venue up the way we wanted. Lauren came in to see if there was any more help we needed and even came to see us on the day of our wedding. Kasia and Daniel on the day of the wedding made sure the day ran smoothly meaning my bride and I only had to enjoy the day.
The food was incredible, the chefs out did themselves with the quality of food, the presentation of each dish and even the evening buffet was incredible food with our guests saying it was the best beef they have ever had for our main course.
The Bull Hotel do not just have amazing staff and a beautiful venue but the added extras of the recommendations for suppliers such as the photographer can not be underestimated.
All in all The Bull Hotel could not have done anything more for us than they did and without them the wedding planning would have been incredibly stressful and they helped make our dream wedding come true.

We can't thank The Bull Hotel enough for making our day perfect! Lauren was amazing from booking until the big day, where she helped add the special touches to our wedding day. Kasia was everything I needed and wanted plus more for a wedding coordinator, the day was relaxed and went without a hitch. Every guest said they had the best day. Big thanks also to Connor who just seemed to appear when we needed him, it's like he had a 6th sense for it lol We had the best time and would highly recommend The Bull Hotel and send our thanks to all staff, you're awesome 💕💕

From our very first visit to the Bull through all the planning, prep and onto the big day itself, the staff at the Bull were amazing. We felt very lucky to have Lauren as our wedding co-ordinator - she was always enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the duty manager and the staff in charge of service on the day (thanks Ed!) and the Garden Room was a fantastic venue for our reception. Anything we thought of, Lauren and her team made happen. We couldn't have asked for more. We were feeling a little apprehensive about the mammoth task of planning a wedding, but Lauren went through everything and kept checking in to see if she could help in anyway. We decided to stay at the venue the night before and we were greeted but a manager who showed us the room and allowed us to set up as much we could. The morning of the wedding our function manager said hello and spoke through what would be happening. This made me feel so at ease. Throughout the day, the function manager checked in on us at different points and made sure that we were all ok. We had the most perfect day!

We had our evening reception at The Bull Hotel and it did not disappoint. The venue is superb, the staff very helpful and it offers great value for money. Lauren was wonderful in helping us with all our requirements and any tweaks we needed here and there. Cassia was there during the night to ensure everything was going to plan. We also used the pretty gardens during later afternoon to take some of our photos and it was just lovely, especially as the weather was kind! I would certainly recommend Th Bull for anyone planning their celebrations.

Wow! Where to start!

My partner & I had our wedding reception here on 29th July 2023 & we couldn’t be happier. The team at The Bull truly made our special day all that we dreamt of, and more! Lauren P & Lauren K were just simply incredible with the planning and booking of the day and ‘bent over backwards’ for any questions or requests that we had - these ladies went above and beyond and are so, so friendly. I cannot emphasise enough how much these ladies made us feel so at ease and comfortable through every single step of the planning process. Absolutely phenomenal communication and such a pleasure to work so closely with!! Kasia, our function manager, ensured that everything ran so smoothly on the day - even when speeches went on for a bit longer than expected, she turned the room around so quickly in prep for the evening of dancing! My sister also wanted me to mention how lovely Kasia was with my 2 year old nephew during our sit down meal, as everyone knows how little one’s attention span can be! We cannot put into words how appreciative we are of these special members of staff.

The team catered for our large guest list of up to 175 in the evening and the bar staff were amazing! The food was delicious for the wedding breakfast too - there were many compliments given from guests regarding wedding breakfast food, as well as the evening food!

The grounds offer a lovely space for welcome drinks and it is a very romantic space - which we utilised for taking photo shots of practising our first dance!

If you are considering The Bull as your wedding venue - do it! We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful to The Bull and their team for our perfect day!

I can not recommend the Bull Hotel enough. There was nothing Lauren (wedding coordinator) could not do for us. Lauren and Kesha were absolutely fantastic as we're the whole staff. Rooms and service were impeccable. They really helped us make our day special and memorable. Thank you x

We chose to have our wedding at the Bull Hotel and couldn't have made a better choice - everything from the planning to the actual day was handled professionally by the team. Special thanks to Lauren our wedding coordinator who was brilliant throughout, and to Kasia, Lukas and Alistair who looked after us and our guests on the day. Where do I start our amazing wedding planner Lauren, to all the other staff whom I am terrible at names. Every single member of staff could not do enough for us.
From the first point entering the hotel to discuss our wedding plans as they were slightly unusual, the staff were kind and friendly. Bar staff came to us to offer a drink before they realised we were there for a meeting so to us showed the level of serve they up hold.
We had two wedding planners, thank the lord they were both called Lauren, most brides would panic having a planner change half way through wedding arrangements. Not one issue Lauren held all my wishes, we had a formal wedding with a surprise Halloween party. It was amazing, they did everything possible to make our day happen. From props, to coffins being delivered, to singing waiters, chocolate fountain, band, DJ, string quartet just to name a few and deal with over 250 guests, it was unbelievable. We had an amazing time with all the staff, they were all singing and dancing and getting involved with our day.
We had a buffet, food was outstanding hot and a lovely choice. I was worried about a buffet but food was piping hot and an amazing choice. I loved the set up as it was so professional.
Hotel rooms were so clean, not one complaint from any family of friends.
We were lucky enough to be able to set our function up the day before which was a god send as we could relax on our wedding day! this helped me to be a calm bride....lol.
We had a family meal the next day a Sunday lunch, this turned out to be another function as there was 85 of us, it was fantastic, the level of service food to the small details of the wedding table flowers being bought in for the Sunday lunch, so thoughtful. Again on that day, same staff I swear they don't sleep. In the evening we had the bar menu, the lads on the bar saved a table without asking and served us all evening, it made our day.
They helped us clear our room as we had so much luggage, wedding gifts, dresses etc. There was noting that wasn't too much trouble.
Over all experience, it was immense, I would not hesitate recommending the Bull Hotel. please go and see Lauren and all the staff, judge for yourself, you won't regret it.

Myself and my husband couldn’t have been more happy with choosing The Bull Hotel as our wedding venue. We have had lots of functions at the Hotel and my parents also had their wedding at The Bull over 25 years ago.

We booked the venue a year before our wedding and throughout the entire process everyone has been so helpful and supportive. Our wedding planner was Lauren Pettit who was absolutely amazing who worked so closely with us during the year. She went out of her way to make the day so special and stress free and we will always be really grateful for her help. We also had Kasha as our function manager on the day for the wedding who was so attentive and made the whole day run so smoothly and will always appreciate her looking after us so well.

The venue was so beautiful and all the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend anyone to have their wedding at The Bull and we have already booked to have another function next year!

We had our wedding ceremony in the Bulstrode Suite at The Bull last week, and it went absolutely perfectly! Our co-ordinator Georgia was extremely professional and helpful, she answered all of my emails and phone calls so quickly ahead of the day, and then on the day itself she ensured that guests were all seated before assisting me down stairs ready to walk down the aisle. Georgia made sure that my bridesmaids walked down the aisle at the right time, and facilitated some extras I requested such as a fruit platter for the children attending, and setting up of the easel. A special thanks also to Daniel who accommodated our very last minute request to play our exit song through a different platform, as we were unable to sync it up to the Spotify playlist with all of our other ceremony songs, we really appreciated it! Everyone else we encountered during our stay was very helpful, and The Bull Hotel is an extremely beautiful venue and location. Thank you again!
