Facilities and Capacity

As you step inside the café, you will be greeted by a well-lit and spacious area in the main café. A basement is reserved for private events such as baby showers, hen parties, birthdays, and weddings of up to 100 guests. The basement sets a cool and refreshing tone to the celebrations with its low lighting and its candle-lit romantic hues. For gatherings of 30+ guests, the venue is offered free of charge. However, smaller groups are required to pay a booking fee. These smaller groups are recommended to use the ground floor instead of the larger basement for their intimate celebrations. The venue is available for exclusive hire should your party exceed 50 guests.

Services Offered

Daytime bookings are available from 12 pm to 5 pm, with a special 3-hour option for baby showers starting at either 12 pm or 1 pm. Evening reservations extend from 7 pm to 1 am, accommodating gatherings of up to approximately 140 guests. While the team welcome your own decorations and entertainment, they kindly ask that confetti or glitter not be used. Please note that outside catering is not permitted; however, the team's diverse menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options to suit all dietary preferences. Additionally, The Cwtch Café offer the convenience of its own sound system, accessible via Spotify, to enhance your event experience.
