The Duchy Arms is a traditional Victorian pub nestled in the quieter streets of Kennington and Vauxhall, South East London. We pride ourselves on excellent warm hospitality, with highly knoweldegable and helpful staff. We are now an all-female management team from diverse backgrounds, all with a shared love of great hospitality and the best food + drink.

We have a large function room that seats up to 40 guests for dining or up to 80 for drinks and buffet. We also have a beautiful large garden leading from the function room, perfect for summer parties, and an additional private terrace that can be hired for up to 25 guests.

Our award-winning chef (2025 Dine Awards, London's Finest Selection) is happy to prepare set menus and buffets; please get in touch for more details. Our menus are always prepared with completely fresh, local ingredients and can cater to different dietary requirements. Our drinks list is also curated by a team who are passionate about wines and spirits. We look after all our cask and keg beers with expertise and offer a seasonal wine and cocktail list at very competitive prices.

We are a wheelchair-accessible pub to all spaces except for our private terrace.
