Thursford's Garden Pavilion is a unique wedding venue that allows your day to be a true reflection of your relationship. Our venue can accommodate celebrations of all styles and sizes, meaning you can plan everything from a rustic barn ceremony, an escape in our secret garden or even a wedding set to the backdrop of a 200-year-old gondola. We are fully licensed, and as you can have exclusive use of our venue, your wedding will have all the peace and privacy you could wish for.

Facilities and Capacity

We have four ceremony spaces available; our rustic barn and secret garden can hold up to 130 guests, whilst our museum and lawn can hold up to 200. There is also our local church, St Andrew's, which is a confetti throwaway.

Following your ceremony, you and your guests can awaken your inner child, riding on our vintage carousel and gondola whilst also enjoying drinks, canapes and taking some once-in-a-lifetime photographs.

Our Garden Pavilion, a glass framed marquee, can hold up to 200 guests and is a blank canvas that you and your partner can dress in any way you wish so that your wedding showcases you two as a couple. We also have a hidden dance floor which will only be revealed to your guests when you are ready to take your first dance as a married couple. The pavilion is situated in landscaped gardens featuring immaculate lawns and flowering borders, ideal for adding a touch of rustic charm. There is plenty of outdoor space so your guests can relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic views.

Worried about where you will stay? Our Holly Lodge accommodation is a 3-minute walk from our main site. Here 14 members of your wedding party can stay, relax, rent bikes and enjoy a champagne breakfast on the morning of your wedding. For the rest of your guests, we are within 15 minutes of Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea, stunning coastal towns with lots of hotel space.
