These cottages surround the beautiful court yard which doubles up as the perfect drinks reception area or ceremony space.

Facilities and Capacity

The unique Grade II-listed barn at this property dates back to the 18th century. It features a vaulted roof, exposed brickwork, and original beams and is covered in fairy lights! At the top of the barn, couples will find a beautiful honeymoon suite, providing you with a stunning all-in-one venue for a relaxed country weekend wedding. The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing you to spend your entire day in one convenient location. There's also an outdoor ceremony site open for you to use. Alternatively, if you are planning on holding a ceremony off-site, then the barn provides you with the ideal reception venue. This area can be used for an intimate celebration with an exclusive guest list, or a reception with up to 90 attendees and extra evening guests. Its maximum capacity is 150, allowing you to invite and celebrate with all of your loved ones. The barn and the property's fabulous award-winning cottages are set among the same pretty courtyard garden, all of which have accessible facilities for wheelchair users.

We will guide you through every step of the way from booking your registrar to offering you advice on suppliers, timelines and generally being there to support your planning journey.

The Granary Barn have a great list of reccommended suppliers including caterers who can offer extensive menus and accommodate any dietary requirements for your wedding party. Equally we love meeting new suppliers so if you have suggestions of your own then we are happy to explore these options with you. Our fully licensed bar is always fully stocked and well staffed making sure that drinks flow smoothly and everyone is having a lovely time.

Our theory is communication is key so you have access to your team via email, Whatsapp, carrier pigeon... if necessary!!
