About
Stepping into the Hornecker Centre is like delving into a surrealist's dream. The art studio transforms daily into a cabaret by the renowned artist Tony Hornecker, who stages intimate evenings with East London's top drag entertainment.
Following on from his successful project, The Pale Blue Door, which graced a back alley in Dalston for over a decade, Tony took over an old washing machine repair shop on Kingsland Road. He lovingly transported his 'objet' fantastic, collected over the years in his career as a set designer and artist and transformed the space into one of London's truly unique experiences as diners are dazzled beneath the Sissy-tine Ceiling of Bric a Brac amid live shows on the now infamous Stagette. Local stars such as A Man To Pet, SÉAYONCÉ! Rhys Pieces, and Ms Sharon Le Grand are all residents.
Often, Hen and Stag parties celebrate with us, so why not create a special event for your wedding that we promise will be unlike any other? 20- 35 guests. Home-cooked food and a unique atmosphere! Drag hosting is optional! Fun guaranteed!
