Winter Wedding Package Includes – Kings Room (3 pm – 11 pm)

The outstanding Kings Room is where you and your guests will be seated for your wedding breakfast. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, this wonderful event space provides the perfect ambience for a wedding celebration.

When it comes to partying, the King's Room comes into its own. When the wedding breakfast is done, it’s time to truly celebrate your big day and the King's Room doesn’t disappoint.

The gorgeous lighting system that bathed your wedding breakfast in complimentary lighting can now be changed to ‘party mode’, and the brilliant sound system that provided clarity to the speeches can now be put to ‘full-blown’ party use.

Winter Wedding Package Includes – Beach Club Marquee (3 pm – 11 pm)

OK, part two of your inclusive winter wedding package includes the stunning and chic Beach Club marquee with its gorgeous star-lit ceiling and romantic pergola where your ceremony will take place.

Overlooking the pool, terrace and pool gardens, this wonderful setting is just the impressive start of your all-inclusive wedding day.

The Beach Club can be fully opened out to the King's Room to allow additional space, or it can be kept separate with our stunning glass folding doors that allow for a quieter ‘chill area’ later on when the party really gets started..!

The Beach Club marquee is fully heated, so even on the coldest of winter days, you and your guests will remain comfortable whilst enjoying the fabulous backlit treeline of our pool gardens.

Winter Wedding Package Includes – Oak Lounge (3 pm – 6 pm)

The Oak Lounge really is a flexible addition to your day.

This elegant room with high ceilings and crystal chandeliers can be used for pre- or post-ceremony drinks for your ceremony.

The Oak Lounge really is a fine example of Victorian elegance,

Providing a very intimate feel to it, with its double-height ceiling, ornate cornicing, floor to ceiling windows, it overlooks our beautiful Epping Forest. It’s all finished off with beautiful mirrors and original wall-mounted lighting.

Its position within the Kings Oak allows for great flexibility when planning your special day.

• Successful weddings need planning, cool heads and experience. This inclusive winter wedding package has been designed to include most aspects that we find are most popular. Our events team have organised hundreds of weddings, and even though each one is different, each requires a professional approach to ensure it goes right and as planned on the day. You only get one chance, and we’re there to ensure that your ceremony goes without a hitch and is one to be savoured and remembered.

Prices

Monday To Friday – £8,995 (based on 60 adults minimum)

Additional day guests charged at £70 pp

Saturday £10,250 (based on 80 adults minimum)

Additional day guests charged at £80 pp

Prices include VAT at 20%
