We had the most perfect wedding day on 30th October, 2024! From the moment we first viewed Kingscote Barn we could tell that they were all about making things as easy as possible for their couples so they can enjoy their big day - and that’s exactly what they did. The booking process was easy with costs and important information being clear and easy to understand. The wedding planner section of their website after booking was super helpful as well with suggestions of preferred suppliers and useful information like measurements and information for your photographer etc.

We went with Epic Caterers for our food who were also wonderful to work with and great at communicating. Our tasting was amazing too! They made it nice and easy for us to drop off drinks the week before the wedding as well so we didn’t need to worry about this on the day. We had numerous dietary requirements that were handled with ease and importance.

Our day of co-ordinator Laura was absolutely incredible from our final details meeting with her and sending over everything we needed to prepare. Her help and organisation on the day has everything running exactly as we pictured, making sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be at the right times from setting up our DIY decor at the beginning of the day, to our first look at the wedding breakfast and our first dance!

The turnaround of the barn from ceremony to wedding breakfast by Laura and the Epic Catering team was absolutely perfect and everything looked great!

Our guests loved their accommodation, and we loved our honeymoon suite treehouse as well as our breakfast hamper the next morning! Beautiful views to wake up to on our first day as a married couple along with a cute chorus of the KB sheep in the background!

We could not have chosen a better, more beautiful venue for our day. Stunning grounds, gorgeous venue and accommodation, and such welcoming, friendly and helpful staff from the venue and catering company with us throughout the day. If you’re considering Kingscote Barn for your wedding I would definitely recommend it. Our day was absolutely perfect - thank you KB!!

We got married on 3rd October at KB and the day was perfect, we had the best day ever! A massive thanks to the KB team but especially our wedding coordinator Georgia. Georgia was so friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional the whole way through. She would answer any questions very quickly leading up to the wedding and provided us with support, advice and reassurance. On the day, Georgia was checking in with the bridal party in the dressing room and liaising with our suppliers. The day itself was perfect, Georgia managed the timings of the day perfectly and ensured it all went to plan. From our final meeting, right up until I walked down the aisle, Georgia was there making sure everything was running smoothly and going to plan. I never actually knew a wedding could be this stress free, but thanks to Georgia, Harriet (one splendid day) and Epic Caterers we really were able to relax and just have the best wedding day possible. We cannot thank you enough!

The venue itself is beautiful, including all of the surrounding views of the Cotswolds. The onside accommodation was important to us as guests were travelling from all over, the pods and huts looked gorgeous and we loved the tree house bridal suite!
KB is beautiful and we loved the fact we could put our own stamp on it, Harriet from One Splendid Day styled the venue and it was stunning! Exactly how I visioned it to be.
We had the most perfect day, the weather was amazing, drinks flowing, everyone smiling and celebrating. We could not have asked for better.

Kingscote Barn have been absolutely fantastic the whole way through. We were looking for somewhere that had its own accommodation as many of our guests were travelling quite a way. We chose the mid-week package and it suited us perfectly, with the freedom to make our wedding truly distinctive without having to worry about organising every minute detail. The venue itself is stunning at all times of year, with beautifully kept gardens as well as wilder outdoor spaces. Kingscote is set in its own valley, and many of the guests commented on how peaceful it was. It was also ideal for guests with mobility requirements, as nearly the whole exterior and interior are wheelchair friendly. Lottie was quick to answer all our questions about the venue and options, and made excellent recommendations for suppliers. Laura, our wedding coordinator, was also exceptional and very happy to make sure our wedding was unique and stress-free. On the day, everyone – guests, suppliers, and us – were treated with kindness and warmth, with a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The entire day went smoothly, and as we were exceptionally lucky with the weather, we were able to hold the ceremony outdoors, but the barn itself would also have made a stunning setting. At night we had stone baked pizzas fresh from Kingscote’s outdoor pizza oven, and sat around the firepits with marshmallows gazing at shooting stars. The accommodation was brilliant, and although it was difficult to leave the next day, Laura and the team made it really easy to get everything together. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and are extremely grateful for how fantastic the whole team were.

What a venue!! Such a beautiful venue with beautiful views. The venue is stunning and you don't need to add decor to make it beautiful as it already is. The staff are so helpful and are quick with replies. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

I’m not sure I can even find the words to explain how amazing our wedding was thanks to Kingscote Barn.
From the minute we walked in to the most beautiful barn as a newly engaged couple, to leaving the morning after our wedding- everything was more than perfect.
The wedding coordinators at Kingscote are a blessing in disguise.
Not only is it the most beautiful venue ever, to be lucky enough to have a wedding coordinator like Lynne, just made everything so much easier for us. From our 8 week to go meeting, right up until I got down the aisle, she was there making sure everything was running smoothly and going to plan. I never actually knew a wedding could be this stress free, but thanks to Lynne and the Kingscote staff we really were able to relax and just have the best wedding day possible.
Sunshine or Rain (we had both), it really is the most beautiful place and venue there is. From the grounds, to the barn, to the accommodation everything really was exceptional.
If you are thinking about getting married at Kingscote barn or you’ve already booked it, you really won’t regret it!!! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else without any other team looking after us for the 2 years leading up to our big day.
If we were going to get married again, we’d no doubt do it in exactly the same place with the exact same amazing Kingscote staff around us.

We had a magical wedding day at The Kingscote Barn on 28th May 2024 after falling in love with it on our first visit in 2022. It was worth the wait and we felt the mid-week wedding package was excellent value. We chose Strawberry Fields as our caterer who were fantastic and we've had nothing but compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the barn was inside and out (incredible views of the surrounding farm!), the amazing food and service from the staff.
We're actually quite sad it's over which is a testament to the incredible day that the barn and suppliers put on for us.

Really couldn’t believe how amazing the venue was, every single part of it was picturesque and the whole day was run super smoothly.

The staff at Kingscote were so helpful, and because of that the day was actually fairly stress-free!

Can’t recommend this venue enough.

Absolutely amazing! Our wedding day was just perfect (even though it rained ALL day and we couldn't get any field shots that I had hoped for!)

Georgia was outstanding. She phoned me the day before to ensure I was sorted and didn't have anything that needed doing. Then on the morning so came across to the dressing room to make sure we were all happy. She kept popping in and even took photos of the venue once it was set up to ensure I was happy with everything. I was so happy I cried! 😂

Georgia helped out with everything and ensured all of the wedding party were aware of what was going to happen and when.

During the evening she kept checking in to make sure we were happy and the next day she was there to make sure we had collected everything and to say goodbye.

I wish I could do it all over again (still marrying my husband of course).

We fell in love with the Barn the moment we set eyes on it when we first viewed it. Everything there ticked every box we had thought of and more!
The newly finished man made lake is amazing and is incredible for photo opportunities. The inside and outside of the barn is absolutely stunning and is super inviting for all.
The accomodation is beautiful and super comfy. The view from the treehouse is sublime!

The team at Kingscote barn are lovely and super helpful. We originally worked with Lottie to begin putting our day together before we were designated Laura as our coordinator.

Laura was fantastic from start to finish and made everything seem so flawless. She is such a warm hearted and king person . We had no worries knowing she was in charge of our big day.

Booking our wedding with Kingscote was one of the best decisions we made. The entire team at the venue are on hand to answer emails or calls and truly know the venue inside and out. All of guests commented about how beautiful the venue was and were impressed by the quality of the on-site accommodation. Juliette was our ‘on the day’ coordinator and we couldn’t have been in better hands. We both felt so calm with Juliette pulling the strings in the backgrounds whilst we enjoyed the day! We had the most wonderful day, nothing was too much trouble, Lottie made us feel at home and everything was just perfect. The barn, grounds and views are absolutely beautiful rain or shine.

Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently, and the team realty knew their stuff ! It really allowed us to enjoy our day, and our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too. The grounds were beautifully kept, the accomodation beautiful! The treehouse in perticular was perfection . The thing that stood out the most was that they actually cared about us and our day , I know it is a business and obviously they want the customers to be happy, but I felt like they so genuinely cared about us and our day and every little detail was taken care of every one of my thousands of questions replied to and taken care of . I would recommend kingscote to anyone it was the perfect day!

When looking for a wedding venue, we were looking for somewhere with accommodation as neither of our families live local. From the moment we arrived, we knew Kingscote Barn was perfect. There's enough accommodation for family and friends so you can all stay on-site together and see them before leaving the next morning. The honeymoon suite/treehouse was stunning, with incredible views and was the perfect place to stay the night of the wedding.

Our wedding planner Juliette was amazing, she was so helpful (even with the Groomsmans button holes and organising someone to film the ceremony after the videographer dropped out last minute). She made sure everything ran smoothly and also made sure we covered things that hadn't even crossed our minds when planning the day. She really helped make the day perfect and we couldn't be more greatful!

The barn itself has a great layout, which meant there was a place for everyone no matter whether they wanted to dance, sit quietly away from the music or even have a nap (our young nephews fell asleep in the mezzanine during the evening!). Even the bridal suite was amazing - it's very spacious and has a kitchen so you can chill out in the morning with a few drinks before the ceremony. Out of all the venues we saw, I can honestly say the bridal suite at Kingscote Barn is way above the rest!

It's been just over a month since our wedding and we still have people coming to us to say how beautiful and perfect the venue was - it is a truly picturesque venue. We absolutely recommend Kingscote Barn and will definitely be coming back for a staycation in the future!

From start to finish, our process and planning has been nothing but a delight, being looked after 100% of the way. Any questions we had were quickly answered, and trust us, there was a lot. The whole team at Kingscote barn and all the staff at epic caterers worked so hard to make our day run perfectly smooth, meaning we got to immerse ourselves in the day and fully enjoy it. Lottie was our wedding coordinator and we cannot stress enough how hard she works to make your day the best day of your life. We are so grateful to her and know that our wedding would not have been as special without her. Every fine detail and specific request was looked after, down to our dog being there and our last minute table plan changes, nothing was an issue. We would get married again, once a year, just to experience our favourite day ever.
