A perfect day, a gorgeous location and a wonderful team at the venue. I have literally nothing negative at all to say. My vegan diet was catered for, our guests were all so happy with everything and everyone commented that the dj was the best they had ever heard. All in all, it was my dream day come true.

Where do I even start, we originally had a venue booked for Liverpool city centre, however 6 months before our wedding day we found out our venue had been gone into administration and our wedding would not be going ahead. I was beside my self, I started frantically emailing venues all over Liverpool, it was a Friday morning I was certain I wouldn't hear from anyone until atleast Monday, and the first person to respond to me probably no longer than 30 mins later was the lovely Natalie from the lake house, and by that Sunday she had showed me around the venue and we were booked in, and honestly we never looked back. Natalie was so easy to talk to, she worked so well with our budget and the vibe we wanted for the day and I loved our meetings and chats. Our actual wedding day 30th August, honestly it just exceeded every single expectation I had, Nat and the team could not of done enough for us that day, everyone was happy, helpful and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to be apart of our day.
Everyone commented on how lovely the food was, attention to details was amazing, keeping my 18 month old fed and happy, members of the team on the floor playing petals with her, finding her suncream as it ended up being such a hot day, these little things while getting married with a small child took meant so much to me, I couldn’t recommended The Lake House any more if I tried, our day was a dream, we were blessed with the most incredible sunshine all day, we live not far and it’s somewhere we visit weekly and it really is such a special place even more so when the sun is shining, our guests all said it was their favourite wedding they’ve been to, it was so relaxed and ran perfectly all day (even though I was 30 mins late).
I really wish we could do it all again, Thank you so much Nat and team.

Firstly, a massive thank you to all the staff at the Lake House! They made our whole wedding experience from start to finish an absolute dream! People commented on how ‘chill’ we both were on the run up to the wedding and on the actual day and we honestly believe it’s because we knew we were in safe hands. Not only is the venue stunning with views (and sunsets) to die for but the staff are so attentive, organised and genuinely care! We felt this from our very meeting with Natalie which led us to book it pretty much straight away, not even wanting to view any other venue… when you know you know!
We are local to the area and super proud to have the Lake House on our doorstep. I used to describe it as a hidden gem but I finally think it’s getting the praise and recognition it deserves thanks, again, to their amazing staff!

Natalie, Wendy and the rest of the staff at The Lake House made our day even more perfect than we could have ever imagined! The patience you lovely ladies have to put together such gorgeous weddings blows my mind. I would absolutely, 110% recommend The Lake House to anyone who is looking for a lakeside venue which is a short walk away from the beach. The bedrooms are massive and fully accessible with lift access. Just perfection all round!

Natalie, Wendy and the Lakehouse team were absolutely fantastic throughout our whole planning process and on our wedding day!

Our day was perfect and we are so happy we chose the Lakehouse for our evening venue.

Our buffet consisted of sandwiches and 3 hot food choices. Our guests LOVED it and there was plenty to go around! Natalie helped us by organising a food tasting so we could make our choices as there were so many gorgeous foods to choose from.

The team were so helpful on the day, making sure everything was perfect and were constantly there to help from start to finish. Wendy was there with us on the day and she literally went above and beyond to help us, make us smile and to stop us stressing out 😂

Natalie was there from day one of us booking our wedding and she kept in regular communication and helped us to perfect our day! Her suggestions and ideas were amazing and made planning our day so much easier!

Overall, we couldn’t have wished for a better team to help us at this gorgeous venue. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at wedding venues.

From the moment I got in touch with Natalie at the Lake House for an evening wedding reception party, till the actual day, the team have been nothing but phenomenal.
I am particularly impressed as I came to them roughly 2.5 months before the actual day! Not a lot of time! But Natalie put me at ease and guided me so well in organising the event to the way I wanted. So accomodating, supportive and worked with me to create an evening for me.
On the actual evening itself, the operations team headed by Wendy, were incredible. They kept it running smoothly throughout. I want to say a special thank you also to Kyle who was our go to man for all things technical/technological! Always on hand to help out with the mikes and music! Also, the bar staff, Josh and Emma were so great and understanding when the inevitable stragglers remained late into the night.

We had a lovely day in this beautiful venue. It's small and intimate and was perfect for us. We had 65 guests and the restaurant was still open to the public but we didn't notice this at all, it didn't affect the day whatsoever.
We booked all the bedrooms for our guests, they were clean comfortable and spacious and breakfast was delicious.
Staff on the day were fantastic and really made it the perfect day for us.
Views over the lake were beautiful, food was delicious. Not really anything we can fault.
The only thing was that our candles weren't lit before we sat down to eat, I set up room myself so potentially my fault for not leaving clear instructions but just a reminder to check the room is how you want it beforehand.
Overall a lovely day!

I had my wedding on the 17.8.24 and everything about the day was perfect Natalie and her team where amazing and and nothing was to much for them they accommodated to everything I ask for and more are day was perfect and i can’t not thank the lake house enough I would recommend and have done so already to my family and friends

The venue and staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and assist us in our hastily organised wedding. They really helped make our wedding day special and unforgettable.

We had a venue already booked for out wedding however once we popped into the Lake House for a coffee we knew this is where it had to be! We met Natalie initially and then Wendy they made our planning and organising so much easier! The venue, the staff the food absolute Perfection! We couldn't have wished for anything better. Our wedding was every thing we had hoped for and more, it was beautiful we had fb every single guest said how much they loved our day and that was down to the amazing staff. Even when my wedding favours weren't delivered by my supplier Wendy dealt with this so I didn't have to stress or worry. If you are getting married I would highly recommend The Lake House! The hotel the views, service, wedding support is absolutely fantastic!

I went to go view the Lake house in September 2022. After speaking with Natalie the wedding planner I didnt want to go anywhere else. I booked our wedding for the year later September 2023. I had a lot of planning to do and Natalie was there every step of the way,
answering all my questions she really was amazing. The rooms are gorgeous very clean and modern they were also resoanably priced. On our big day the staff were so hard working and professional I honestly haven't got one negative thing to say about the lake house. The food was delicious and they catered for all of our guests with intolerances and allergies. If your looking to book a gorgeous venue with stunning surroundings I would 100% recommend the lake house. I'd like to thankyou so much for a day I will never forget. Mr and Mrs Spain xxxx

Natalie went above and beyond for me to arrange tastings and meetings that fit around my busy schedule. She was always kind and approachable and extremely supportive. She even arranged for our breakfast to be brought to our room on site so we could keep getting ready (we had it included).

There was a slight miscommunication as I was under the impression I would be decorating the venue the evening before the wedding and as such turned up with a team of family and friends. This issue was resolved quite quickly and I put my trust in Wendy and the venue decorators to complete my vision for me. I'm glad I did! The young man, who I had the pleasure to meet, brought my dream reception room to reality, it was perfect.
Wendy ensured the night ran smoothly (and that I was fed) ❤️
The venue itself was perfect, plenty of places for pictures and the beach and marine gardens just down the road.
'Highly' reccomend the DJ that comes as a part of the venue package! He kept the dancefloor alive, really listened to what vibe we were after! He just got it!
Food was unbelievable, Reccomend the mushroom stroganoff, went down a treat!
All in all, we had the perfect day, the staff were amazing, the venue was beautiful and we danced the night away.
