Perfect Wedding
The night before our wedding myself and bridal party had dinner in one of the heated pods outside which was a fantastic way to start the celebrations. We were served by Mattie who provided first class service with a smile. The day itself ran perfectly due to the teams thorough planning and calm re-assuring presence. They handled every aspect so effortlessly that all we had to do was enjoy the moment.
The venue itself is beautiful and the mosaic room where our ceremony was held was perfect for the number of guests we had. The bar and snug at the front of the venue gave our guests a chance to relax throughout the day if needed and the Orangery was perfect for our wedding breakfast as it has its own bar. The bedrooms are where spotless, spacious, and decorated wonderfully. Many of our guests commented on how great the rooms were with very comfortable beds!
As we had already eaten here before we knew the food was fantastic. We had a tasting prior to the wedding, giving us the opportunity to try multiple dishes from the menu. We personally went for the slow cooked blade of beef which was incredible and again had many people talking about how nice it was. Sometimes at weddings the portions can be slightly limited however the portions here were very healthy.
Overall, it was everything we could have ever hoped for and more. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers elegance, charm, and a serene atmosphere, we cannot recommend this venue enough.
The Orange Grove Hotel & Gardens made our wedding day a fairy-tale, and we are so grateful for the memories we created there. Thank you to the entire team for making our dream wedding a reality!

August Wedding 2024
Myself and my bridesmaids stayed at Coldeast the night prior and got ready there the morning of before our church ceremony.
I can not fault how gorgeous the bridal suite was and how amazing all the staff are! Anything we needed they organised for us. A beautiful breakfast was bought up in the morning and our wedding co-ordinator came to visit and reassure our table plan etc would be exactly as we had planned. Arrival drinks were flowing once we returned from our ceremony soon followed by our wedding breakfast - the chefs are amazing, our food was amazing and they accommodated all dietary requirements of our guests. Cocktail hour went down a treat and the staff that supported us well into the evening were amazing and super friendly! We couldn’t thank everyone at The Mansion for our special day - it was more then we could’ve ever imagined!

We couldn’t have imagined a better day. The food was great. We really enjoyed the menu tasting that was included in our booking also.

Outstanding staff, picturesque venue & a perfect day!
The staff were exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from the ceremony to the evening reception. We felt supported and at ease throughout the entire process. The food was incredible, with many of our guests commenting on how delicious and beautifully presented the meals were.
The hotel also provided us with excellent recommendations for photographers, florists, and other vendors, which helped make our planning much easier. Even though we went with our own vendors for the day, we recommend everyone to go to one or two of the open days to speak with their preferred vendors.
If you're looking for a venue that offers elegance, seamless service, and a truly memorable experience, I cannot recommend the Orange Grove Hotel enough. Thank you for making our wedding day so perfect!
Our dream wedding came true
The grounds themselves are absolutely stunning and we felt needed nothing substantial by way of further decor. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather on our wedding day which meant we could make use of the indoor/outdoor set up.
On the day everything ran like clockwork and everything we had asked them to do had been sorted including the champagne tower, all the decor signs, the confetti line, beer pong, cocktail hour and more. We had a church wedding so being able to bring our wedding car up the drive was very special. Met on arrival with a glass of chilled Prosecco.
The food was amazing and a few guests commented it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. All served by polite attentive staff.
I had organised surprise singing waiters for my husband and guests and the mansion were so professional in accommodating those, they were a huge hit!
There was a slight hiccup with the music in the evening and with the location of breakfast the next day but given the amount of work and effort that was put into the whole day, this felt minimal.
Overall, we are so pleased we chose the mansion. A beautiful, timeless and effortless venue with a team of staff who are all so professional and hardworking, and to top it off the food was just amazing. We will always remember our wedding day and we are so pleased that we chose to have our wedding at the mansion to help make it so special

Even before setting a date, we found ourselves returning whenever we could—whether it was for a meal, an event, or every single wedding fayre they hosted. When unexpected family circumstances meant we needed to plan our wedding with just 10 weeks' notice, what could have been overwhelming was made effortless by the incredible team at Orange Grove. Special shout out to Kathryn & Lily for this!
From start to finish, they were patient, responsive, and reassuring, answering all our many questions and ensuring every detail was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to make the planning process simple and stress-free.
The venue itself is breathtaking, every corner perfect for photos, and the food is absolutely delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful to the team at Orange Grove for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.
