At Kirkhill, we specialise in creating a completely bespoke day completely tailored to your needs, as well as your friends and family. We operate solely on an exclusive use basis, meaning that you call the shots. We only host one event at any time, so you can work on your own timescale and dress the house exactly as you want - and there’s no chance of bumping into another bride in the corridor!

With picturesque views over the Pentland Hills, the venue is the ideal backdrop for wedding photographs. Whether you want a small intimate gathering or a large, lively celebration, our wedding co-ordinators are on hand to help you with every aspect of your special day.

The Grand Hall and Dining Room, the house’s main reception areas, can host up to 42 guests for a sit-down meal or 70 guests for a drinks reception. By extending into the garden, we can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit-down meal and 300 for a drinks reception in our marquee.
