Our weekend Essentials Package starts at £3,200 and includes 100 guest capacity, exclusive use of the site with generators and toilets provided and ample parking.

In a meadow location you need all the basics covered so as well as working with other marquee suppliers, we also offer our own Marquee Package, which includes everything you need for a successful party including our own elegant marquees with lighting, tables and seating along with charming details like rugs, fires, and hay bales if you require.

With all the basics taken care of we invite you to infuse your celebration with a personal touch and express your own style, decorations, and culinary choices to craft an event that feels completely personal to you.

Facilities and Capacity

The Meadow can host up to 100 guests for open-air events. A designated area with seating is available for secular ceremonies or blessings, featuring a ceremonial stage where couples can exchange vows surrounded by their nearest and dearest and a beautiful view surrounded by oak trees and wild meadows. Two marquees offer ample space with seating, tables, and flooring included along with festoon lighting. Fire pits with firewood and a chill-out area are also included, to provide a cozy space for guests to relax as evening falls complete with rugs and hay bales. The property is dotted with scenic spots perfect for capturing beautiful photographs and also offers catering tents, posh toilets and ample parking.

Services Offered

You and your guests will have exclusive access to the venue for three days, allowing for an extended celebration of your special milestone and plenty of time to set up and pack down. The venue is a bank canvas for your style, leaving you free to add your own catering and decorative touches. The venue is equipped to support small live bands or DJs with a plug-and-play PA system, stage, dance floor, and lighting. With all the essentials taken care of, you can personalize the space with your own decorations and culinary choices, creating an event that reflects your unique style.
