The Noah's Ark is a traditional pub/restaurant. The cuisine will primarily be based on modern Mediterranean and regional Southeast Asian and Indian foods. Recipes will be traditional, with some having modern twists and an element of fusion.
The restaurant will be refurbished and upgraded to a modern bistro look, and it will be able to seat 95 people.
Additionally, the bar will be given a new look to complement the restaurant's feel. Offerings will include specialty wines, spirits, lagers/ales, and soft beverages.
