The best wedding ever!!!

We had our wedding at the Old Barn in March 2024 and we couldn’t have wished for a better day. From our first meeting with Diane the year prior to the day everything was spectacular. Diane is a complete professional, extremely friendly organised and hard working, she worked closely with our suppliers making the weeks leading up to the wedding stress free. Throughout the planning she recommended some fantastic suppliers! The venue is beautiful in a lovely location it was the perfect size for our wedding of 80 day guests. The food was spectacular, I have been to a few weddings at other venues where the food is mediocre however the food on our day was superb, the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings were beautiful! All the staff at the old barn worked incredibly hard, always with a smile on their face and they couldn’t have done enough for us. Thankyou so much to everyone at the Old Barn for creating such a magnificent day for us, the only let down is we can’t do it every year!

The perfect place for our perfect day!

We booked The Old Barn really quickly after seeing the venue, as we knew it was perfect for our DIY, close family and friends wedding.

Diane and the team were so flexible and supportive of our different ideas, and we're incredibly professional and helpful in bringing it all to life.

We had a really specific sense of how we wanted our day to look and they were really flexible so that we could have our dream day. We asked them to make some changes to their catering offer, so that we could have a family style meal and they executed this beautifully. The BBQ and desserts were phenomenal, as was the evening buffet.

The only thing we sourced externally were the chairs as we had a particular vision for our decor, but otherwise The Old Barn was perfectly equipped to deliver our day.

We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed venue for their wedding day.

Mr and Mrs Hare Wedding

Well what can I say. Diane and the team are just AMAZING . My wedding was the perfect day and my Husband and I couldn't have wished for anything more from the venue and staff.
The venue was amazing and decorated beyond our expectations and the turn around and food was second to none. I have had nothing but complements from all my wedding guests, its the best wedding they have ever been to.
I wish I could do it all again as the day went far too quick and I would like to take it all in slow motion.

Amazing little venue

We recently got married at the Old Barn and what a cracking little venue it is. From start to finish Diane and Harriet were brilliant.
Answered all our questions and catered for our needs. The venue set up was spot on and looked beautiful. The biggest positive I would say is value for money, no other place without spending double allowed us to give our guests a choice of what food they wanted. The drinks packages were well priced and we even had the option of adding tokens on for the driving range for our guests whilst we were busy taking pictures. Fantastic little place 👌🏽would highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!

We had our amazing special day on Saturday 10th August at The Old Barn at Esholt. Diane and the team were absolutely amazing we couldn’t fault them one bit. The way they made everything so easy and stress free. The quality of food for the price we paid was amazing, all of our guests loved and food especially the desserts.

An amazing wedding day!

We had our wedding at The Old Barn this September, it was the most magical day. One we will never forget, Dianne is an absolute treasure! So helpful and patient. The venue is stunning, everything all under 1 roof, the food and drink is excellent and we are forever grateful for the experience we received. I highly recommend this venue for weddings, parties and get togethers.

The Perfect Day

From our initial inquiry through to the day we collected all our decorations after our Wedding, Diane and the whole team at The Old Barn we're fantastic.
We had a clear idea of what we wanted to be, but we're complete novices to Wedding planning.
They have an incredible range of food and drink packages to choose from and are pretty laid back about any vendors etc that you want to hire.
Our day ran perfectly smoothly (despite the constant torrential rain) and all of our guests very very complimentary about the whole celebration.
The decor of The Old Barn is stunning and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
Throughout our planning, Diane gave us lots of tips and tricks to ensure the smooth running of the day and what works/doesn't work usually.
Also, Alex their in house DJ deserves a special mention. We contacted him the week before our wedding with a list of music that we wanted for our reception.
He went above and beyond in delivering exactly what we'd asked for, including a surprise dance routine from the Groom!
We have absolutely no regrets in booking The Old Barn for our special day and would highly recommend this venue to anybody :)

Elsworth wedding October 2024

We knew we wanted to get married here from the moment we first went to view The Old Barn. The venue is perfect for what we wanted, from the decor, to the outdoor and indoor space. Diane has been amazing at following through with our wishes, telling us everything we needed to know about the venue itself, how the day was going to look, and any other questions we needed answering! This really put our minds at ease, knowing she had our best interests at heart, making sure everything ran smoothly on the day!
Our friends and family have all said how beautiful the venue was, the food was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the space was perfect.
We also used the DJ recommend, he was absolutely brilliant! Catered to all ages, the dance floor was full the whole night, everyone had a boogie and the best time.
I’m so grateful to The Old Barn, for allowing us to have the most incredible day and making all our dreams come true.

Mr & Mrs Furniss 12.10.2024

I don’t even know where to begin. From our first viewing of this venue the service has just been incredible. The entire team, Diane in particular, are fantastic at what they do and made Deke and I feel at ease through the whole process. We had viewed a handful of venues and can truly say The Old Barn just blew the others completely out of the water. In terms of value for money it is second to none. The whole vibe of the venue, cosy, intimate, barn feel, it was just beautiful. The food was fantastic and all of our guests were nothing but complimentary. The Old Barn were also extremely flexible catering to our third party decorators and singers needs and we even had a Photo Booth set up in the evening which I had forgot to make them aware of until the guy showed up!! Even still, this was no problem for the staff - they worked so professionally the entire day. We are so sad this chapter of our lives has closed and although we are so excited to begin our new chapter as a married couple we will always be a little bit sad that we don’t get to re live the day again. We also used the resident DJ who was fantastic, it was a long tiring day and he kept the mood high and fun well into the evening. July 2024 Wedding!

We got married at the Old Barn on the 25th July. We couldn’t have wished for anything more. Diane and her team were absolutely amazing and made sure our day went without a single hitch. I will be forever grateful for their hard work. The venue is absolutely stunning, staff were so attentive and couldn’t have done more for us!

Wedding @ The Old Barn At Esholt

Our wedding at The Old Barn, went so much better than we expected. Diane (our wedding planner) along with all the staff made every feel so welcome and the day went so smoothly. They set everything up, even better than I could ever do and the food was fantastic. This meant that me and my now husband could enjoy our day with no worries. The venue itself is beautifully decorated, meaning you didn’t have to add too much extra to make it feel magical. It was the most perfect day and we would happily relive it all again. Thank you so much to everyone at The Old Barn!

The old barn esholt the perfect wedding day experience ⹥︯🥢🮩🮢

Last Saturday 13th July 2024 we had our marriage & wedding party here. WOW!! From the planning to the aftercare this was our perfect venue. From the attention to detail, our every wish was covered, the service from Dianne & her attentive staff was second to none. The food was delicious & plentiful.The DJ great & having my brother able to sing for us magical.Having the golf driving range, even on a drizzly day entertained both kids & big kids alike. We have had so many of our guests in touch to say it was the best wedding they'd attended.
We would without doubt recommend 'The Old Barn" for the perfect wedding day venue .

Fantastic experience

Booked our wedding breakfast and evening party with the old barn. The team were very professional throughout from our first meeting to on the day. Good selection of menu choices and the food was really lovely. Flexible with allowing you to mix and match menu choices and drinks packages, or choosing not to have them without the hard sell. Even allowed some flexibility with set menus for our guests with fussy tastes. The venue itself is beautiful, full use of all areas including outside areas, the downstairs bar and the main room upstairs which was recently refurbished and looked absolutely stunning. The team held a handover meeting to go through final details, took all our wedding and table decorations to set up for us which was a big help. Everything went flawlessly on the day the team have everything in hand, even when the bride and groom arrived later than planned from the ceremony. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend this venue for a reasonably priced, beautiful setting and really efficient team.

Could not recommend more!

Myself and my husband got married at The Old Barn at Esholt on the 25th of May this year, and it was the most perfect day. Everything we wanted and more!
Diane and her team have been on hand since we booked the venue in December 2022, nothing was too much trouble! The day was so well organised and everything is thought off right down to the most precise detail.
Diane was there for last minute guest changes, helping with button holes, organising everyone when I showed up early, our first dance being sung by a friend and even organised a surprise video my nephew had made for us to be played on a big screen right before our first dance! They made the whole experience magical and stress free!
We honestly could not recommend this venue enough, it’s just amazing and such great value for money!
The driving range was a hit with the guest, especially the kids and I even had a go in my wedding dress! The food was amazing and the bar is reasonably priced!
If you are thinking of getting married here, I would 100% say go for it, you won’t be disappointed!
Thank you so much Diane and team, you made mine and Franks special day something which we will never forget!

Outstanding

We an not thank the old barn enough.
We had our wedding here in March and they couldn't do enough for us,
The whole day was perfect.
From start to finish Diane was so easy do deal with and made the whole process stress free.
