After attending the wedding fayre I knew I wanted to get married at this venue. So we got it booked in straight away!! We worked with Jess and she was amazing!! Nothing was too big of an ask, and any problems she was there to help. The lead up to the wedding was smooth and everything was sorted in advance and it was the easiest process. Everyone told me to get ready for the stresses that would come with planning a wedding but honestly, with Jess and the staff at the old course there was no stress. They took care of everything we needed and even a last minute menu change for a guest.
Our wedding day was magical. Jess came in to check on me morning off and updated me on anything that required my attention. All of the staff that worked on our special day were so professional and attentive to ensure our day was as special as can be. We are so grateful we had our wedding here as we don’t believe it could’ve been any better. Our guests left the wedding saying it was the best weddings they have been to and that was because of how beautiful the venue is and the amazing staff that work there. It can work out a bit pricey but it is 1000% worth every penny and there’s not a venue out there that could beat it.

We had the most amazing wedding thanks to the Old Course Hotel! Our wedding coordinator, Jess, was so amazing and made the process so easy as we were coming in from Texas to get married. The entire day was absolutely perfect and we can't thank them enough! Such a beautiful venue with the most amazing staff! Highly recommend having your wedding here!

I’d always thought of the Old course hotel as being a venue for big events, but the board room on the 4th floor was the perfect venue for our small and intimate wedding. The views over the golf courses made for a perfect backdrop and Jess and the team at the hotel looked after our every need both before and during the wedding. We also worked with a stylist to help us dress the room and the hotel was very accommodating in giving them access to set up.

Just the best wedding venue ever! Could not fault it! From the moment we booked our wedding at the venue Jess was just amazing, helping us plan our dream day and making sure everything was to how we had planned it. On the actual day Jess and the whole team made sure everything was perfect, I didn’t have to worry at all as they literally took care of everything and were so helpful. I cannot recommend Old Course Hotel enough for a wedding venue. We had the best day!

We were a very small wedding of just 16 people and the venue treated us like we were spending thousands with them! Nothing was too much trouble, the day was slick, professional and efficient and we really felt that we and all our guests got the proper five star treatment. Jess is the most incredible human - the most friendly and personable wedding coordinator and nothing is too much trouble. You will feel you are in safe hands! All the small touches really made our day memorable too - arranging room service breakfast, doing all the setup for our tables etc, closing the restaurant so it was exclusively hours and arranging a chauffeur to the beach for photos... I will forever remember our wedding day as being perfection and the venue and staff were a massive part of this.

Callum and I got married at the Old Course in March and we had the most amazing day!! We were so lucky with the Old Course and were treated like royalty from start to finish. Jess was our wedding co-ordinator and was truly amazing. Jess made our day really special and was so helpful with anything we needed. She hade our experience the best ever and has remained a friend for life. She really went above and beyond to help us with any mishaps we had!! haha. The Old Course is so special to us and we will come back every year to celebrate...I am now jealous of anyone wanting to have their wedding here as I want to relive the wedding planning again!! Truly special place to get married.

My husband and I live in the United States. We had never been to Scotland, but it was a bucket list vacation for both of us. If we were to have a wedding in the states, it would have been much larger than either of us would have liked. So, we looked into destination weddings in Scotland. The Old Course Hotel was both of our top choices, but we were worried there wouldn’t be availability (we reached out in late July of 2023 for a date in October of 2023). If you are looking for dreams to come true, this is the place. Jess not only helped us plan our dream wedding in such a short time frame, she also helped me connect to some of the best vendors and suppliers in the area. She helped me put together a wedding that was enjoyable for us and our guests. From our day of arrival, to the bridal spa and afternoon tea, to the men playing at the Dukes course, to the main event - our wedding day. I cannot express enough how incredible our wedding was (excluding any bias), especially consider how little time there was to put everything together. Since we were from the States, we needed guidance in pretty much every aspect of our travel plans. Jess coordinated our pickup at the airport with town cars, recommended the best places in town to visit including where we had our rehearsal dinner, made sure everything was perfect leading up to the moments of me walking down the aisle, and coordinated the rest of the evening of our drinks reception, dinner reception, and even held a section of the bar for our group to go for an unplanned “after party”. To go a step further, Jess continued to communicate with us after the wedding was over. She genuinely cares about the couples she’s taking care of and wants to make sure the love continues past the day of the wedding. The Old Course Hotel is a beautiful, unique hotel with rich history that cannot be matched, but Jess is just as unique and invaluable to hotel wedding team. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a wedding in Scotland to reach out to Jessica at the Old Course Hotel; you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were married at the Old Course a week ago and had the absolute best day, which was mostly down to the kindness, support, professionalism and hard work of the team at the hotel. We had both our ceremony and reception in the hotel, as well as our wedding breakfast. The whole day went so smoothly and we cannot express how impressed we were with everything. The staff thought of every small detail and we could totally relax on the day. Jess was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She helped us with all the details in the months leading up to the big day and was always so organised and cheerful. She made wedmin a real pleasure. The hotel also pulls out all the stops with staff on the day - shout outs to Tara and Jack for all their amazing help as well. Many of our guests said how incredible the service was on the day. We could not recommend the Old Course as a venue any more highly. They made the wedding the most special and relaxing day. Thank you!!!

We had our wedding at the Old Course in August 2022 and can’t recommend it highly enough. Kayleigh, Laura and the team were absolutely superb and no request was too small or too much hassle from the minute we came to view the hotel right up until the day itself. The food was outstanding and the spaces for the various parts of our day were all spacious and just perfect for the number of guests we had and how we wanted our day to be. We would have our wedding here 100 times over thanks to the fantastic level of care and attention to detail from all the team - so many of our guests have commented it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended!

I knew planning a wedding from abroad would pose it's natural challenges, however, what I could not foresee is how seamless and lovely of an experience the Old Course staff would make this. Whether you are traveling near or far, the entire team at the Old Course will go above and beyond to ensure every detail is met - even the ones you don't think of yourself. I cannot express the full extent of my gratitude in words, they are simply the very best.

Laura , Tara and co are absolutely fantastic! I’m definitely a control freak when it comes to events and they made me feel at complete ease with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Our day was perfect and seem less from start to finish thanks to the amazing staff.

The perfect venue for our intimate family wedding. Stunning setting, outstanding service, gorgeous food. The support during the planning process was amazing - we live 100s of miles away from St. Andrews but the communication and planning meetings were frequent and at convenient times. The day itself was flawless, with all staff doing the hotel justice.

Thank you so much to Lucy and team our day was absolutely incredible! The full day ran so smoothly - the food and service were out of this world. Special mention to Tara the catering manger who just went above and beyond during the evening. I’m so sad it’s over the staff at the old course are honestly like your family.

We would recommend the Old Course a million times over. I don’t even know where to start with writing this review as our whole day was perfect. From the moment we arrived the day before we felt like VIPs and nothing was too much trouble. Laura and Lucy made planning this wedding as stress free as possible and on the day Lucy made sure everything went off without a hitch, if anything wasn’t going to plan I certainly never knew about it. We did a choice menu for 112 people and everyone since has commented on how good the food was! We had to make some adjustments last minute (aka on the day!) with COVID drop outs and this was no problem at all. All the guests commented that at the reception there was plenty of food and alcohol circulating. I could go on forever about how good our experience was with TOC and we will be grateful forever to the whole team there and especially the wedding team for giving us the perfect day.

Lucy was our first point of contact and was friendly , approachable , the consummate professional and incredibly resourceful when covid caused various changes to be made last minute! She has an incredible local knowledge of suppliers and a personal relationship with so many local businesses from flowers to hair to nails to restaurants etc … she is clearly highly regarded not only within the Old Course Hotel environment but also within the town of St Andrews itself .
