The Old Hall – A Perfect Wedding Celebration (April 20th, 2024)

Our wedding reception at The Old Hall on April 20th, 2024, was everything we could have hoped for and more. After getting married at the Coventry City Centre registry office, we were thrilled to move the celebration to this stunning venue, where we experienced a flawless day thanks to the dedicated efforts of Taz and her team.

From the very start of the planning process, Taz was incredible. She genuinely cared about making our day special and tailored everything to match our vision. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Whether it was finding the right dancefloor, arranging the perfect DJ (who kept the party going all night!), or ensuring all the fine details were exactly as we imagined, Taz made sure every aspect was taken care of with care and precision. She made us feel like the entire focus was on us, and her passion for making our day perfect truly shone through.

On the day itself, we were blown away by how smoothly everything ran. The staff were exceptional. From the moment our guests arrived to the last dance of the night, they were polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Countless guests came up to us during the reception to comment on how lovely the staff were, and we couldn’t agree more. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor really added to the relaxed, joyous atmosphere we wanted.

The Old Hall itself was the perfect setting, adding a touch of elegance to our celebration. But it was the combination of the beautiful venue and the outstanding service that made our wedding day absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with our family and friends. Every detail was exactly as we’d dreamed, and Taz went above and beyond to ensure we had the bespoke wedding party we had envisioned.

In short, we cannot recommend The Old Hall highly enough. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with a stunning setting, a team that truly cares, and a flexible, bespoke approach, this is the place. Our day was perfect, and we will forever be grateful to Taz and the amazing staff for making it so memorable.

Had my wedding at Old Hall Hotel this week, everything was done to perfection, thanks to Taz, Georgie, and the team. Food and dinks were delicious and plentiful. Venue was decorated very nicely. I especially recommend booking two separate rooms including the VIP lounge and marquee. The LED dancefloor made the dancing night special. The hotel rooms felt very clean, comfy and luxurious. The breakfast at the cafe was very tasty. The team was very professional and we got all the support we needed. The day was stress free, all the planning and all the hard work was all done by the amazing team at old hall hotel. All our wishes were fulfilled. I couldn’t think of anything that could be done better. Massive thank you to Old Hall Hotel for making us feel special on such an important day!! I will add some more pictures later.

We had the privilege of working with Taz as our wedding coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed it would be. From our first meeting, Taz was incredibly friendly and straightforward, making the entire planning process feel smooth and manageable. Her patient demeanor was a godsend, especially as we changed our minds a few times—she never hesitated to adjust our plans to ensure everything was just right.

Taz was relentless in her commitment to making sure we were happy with every detail. She consistently checked in with us, offering her expertise and doing everything in her power to bring our vision to life. On several occasions, she stayed on extra hours after her shift, just to talk things through with us and make sure we felt reassured. Her dedication was evident, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our day perfect.

The night before and even the morning of the wedding, Taz stepped in to handle last-minute details, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment without any stress. Her presence was a calming force, and we knew we were in good hands.

Our wedding was held at the Old Hall Hotel, and everything from the food to the venue was fantastic. Our guests loved the food and the VIP room provided an intimate and elegant setting for our civil ceremony. Later in the day, the marquee was the perfect space for our buffet and mini reception, offering a lively and spacious environment where everyone could relax and celebrate.

None of this would have been possible without Taz's help, support, and guidance. We are incredibly grateful for all the time and effort she put in, both in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Taz's hard work and dedication ensured that our wedding was a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable experience. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day!

We had our wedding at The Old Hall Hotel
I (the bride) stayed at the hotel the evening before, and my bridesmaids and I had hair and make up in the conference room the morning of the wedding. We also stayed the night of the wedding along with our closest family.
The venue was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more. The photos don’t do justice for how nice the décor and grounds are.
We went for afternoon tea brunch for our wedding meal along with an evening graze buffet. We had a trial with the best man and a bridesmaid before we booked, it was so good we also took my family for Father’s Day too. We even had guests write in our wedding book that the food was the best they had ever had.
The wedding planner was brilliant throughout. I thought that the day before the wedding would be manic trying to get everything sorted however the planner sent a video and she had done everything for us before we even arrived.
The rooms were top quality, very luxurious. and the food & drink 10/10, along with the service and location

We chose The Old Hall Hotel as the venue for our marriage ceremony. It was a small, intimate wedding (26 people) and we didn’t have an ‘evening do’. Everything was perfect, the staff were amazing and the food was lovely. A special mention to Taz who co-ordinated and helped plan our big day, she was so patient and understanding when discussing arrangements for our wedding, the attention to the fine detail was fabulous.
