Do not book this venue!
Raj was extremely rude on the day was extremely unhelpful kept walking across the hall whilst we were having our event, had the audacity to eat our food and still disrespect us!!! Had 10 viewings during our event taking!!! Made us pay £350 for cleaning and then on the day told us we had to clean IMAGINE…!!!!
Took additional money twice from two different people for the use of Gas and only allowed an additional one hour, charging £150 for the use of Gas for 1hr!!!!!! and then reduced the Gas so that the food would not cook on time.The floor was wet and toilets were an absolute mess!!! When Raj was told to clean it he said he is eating and would think about it, a few people fell on that wet floor!!! So we will be taking up and ensure we get some compensation for this!!At a point he was sat in front whilst we were having our venue, staring at us and making us extremely uncomfortable.We were told that we could use the speakers when we came for the viewing and then on the day Raj told us we did not pay for the speakers so we can’t use it even though he had sent us details to connect to the speakers!!!
On the day Raj took an additional £700 from us which we know probably went to his pocket.
Absolute disgrace and as a Bride hearing all the stress that was given to my guests as well as all my vendors is absolutely upsetting.
He asked us to do our worst!!! And now begging us to take off our reviews.
To think we actually forfeited a deposit for another venue to use this venue because the initial person that showed us around was a much better individual.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VENUE!!!!
