Situated in the heart of Hereford, Herefordshire, The Shack Revolution is an urban and industrial-style wedding venue. The space is ideal for chic, alternative, and unique weddings and events in England. For those hoping to celebrate their marriage in a one-of-a-kind, flexible setting, this venue offers a template for their vision to come to life.
Facilities and Capacity
The Shack Revolution is a blank canvas and couples have complete creative freedom to curate a day that showcases their personalities. Inside, you'll find industrial ceilings, exposed brick, panelled wood walls, and handpainted graphic backdrops. Other interior details include beautiful natural lighting and plenty of plants and living greenery to give the space a fresh feel. This venue is licensed and has a capacity for 120 guests in the Lean-To space for the ceremony and room for 150 people in The Workshop for dinner and party. Couples and their loved ones can also gather in the Courtyard, which is ideal for golden-hour drinks. This venue is conveniently located near hotels, public transport links, restaurants, and bars.
Services Offered
The Shack Revolution offers couples the freedom and flexibility to choose their own caterers to suit their tastes. The staff provides access to the on-site catering kitchen for the day and night. Upon request, a full bar with an extensive menu, from ales to personalised cocktails, can be provided. Couples have use of the venue exclusively from eight o'clock in the morning until one am. To help you organise these details, the venue's dedicated wedding coordinator and a passionate, easy-going team can be on hand to assist you.

The Shack Revolution is the best!
All staff at The Shack are absolutely amazing, they genuinely seem to care about people and making your wedding perfect. We can’t fault the whole process. We felt so relaxed about the venue during the planning stage and knew that we were in safe hands and that we’d chosen to right venue despite living in London. On the day everyone went above and beyond to make the day incredible and we had so many compliments about our wedding.
The city centre location is perfect and the aesthetic is so cool that it looks great with minimal styling. Some venues put a lot of restrictions on your day once you’ve booked, The Shack are not like that at all, they’re as breezy and accommodating from the first meeting until after your day. Jacob and Mike were both brilliant and absolute heroes on the day, they both have a gift in acting totally relaxed and chill, whilst simultaneously being completely competent and on it. Shout out also to Emily (who’s sadly left The Shack) who was also fantastic during the planning process. Communication throughout could not be faulted.
We were actually searching for an elopement package when we found The Shack Revolution, but The Shack was as perfect for us as we are for each other. It enabled us to have a relaxed, personal and fun wedding that we didn’t realise was possible. If you want a cool, laid back, alternative venue then book The Shack Revolution, they are the best!

What a wedding!!
Where can we start!!! We originally went to view the shack on a whim, whilst in Hereford. But not really wanting to get married in Hereford, being from Worcester. We walked in and BOOOOOM. We were sold. The Shack was everything that we wanted and more. Jacob and Mike felt like mates after the first meeting. We wanted to do the wedding our way, our vibes, and make every bit of it a reflection of us. All of the guys made this happen. Jacob and Mike, YOU ROCK!! If We could do this all again tomorrow we would. Literally the coolest venue, it blew everyone’s mind and all said how ‘US’ it was. The day was flawless. Everything flowed and the professionalism, (but still fun and not stuffy) was apparent throughout. If you’re different and proud of it, want a wedding that is unique and ‘YOU’ choose the shack!! The Shack Revolution we would choose you again and again ❤️🪩🕺🏼💃👰🏼♀️🤵🏼♂️ xxx

The BEST wedding venue!
Well, what can we say? The Shack Revolution is just awesome. We looked at A LOT of wedding venues, and were feeling really lost as we didn't want a traditional, formal wedding... Then we came across the Shack Revolution and knew before we even visited they were the venue for us! The Shack's alternative vibes and flexibility made our wedding unique and truly OURS!
The planning process was made so much easier through being able to attend the Shack's regular open days, and being able to chat freely to the incredibly knowledgeable and organised team! On the day, the team were on top form, and went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special.

A venue made for us!
The Shack Revolution, what a dream find you are! The perfect choice for us, the aesthetics, the vibes and modern approach to weddings, ticking all the boxes, easy city location but with all the facilities you need. As much as we loved the venue, we have to say, it was the experience we had from day one that we loved the most. They always had time for us and felt like they were happy to go the extra mile to create the day we wanted, even for this very extra and detail focused Bride. They are upfront, honest, relaxed and bring the energy, as well as fabulous margaritas! A real breath of fresh air. The venue and the team were a huge factor in the success of the day, everyone, including suppliers, had nothing but praise, and what made it even better was the fact that we could all see that you were having fun right there with us. The Shack is not just a venue, they make it so much more and we are now trying to find another reason to go back, we love and miss you already!

Jacob and the team were amazing!
We are so grateful to Jacob, Emily and the team for the most amazing day, Jacob was with us on the day and nothing was too much trouble, and he was there the whole way through helping with every little thing and we completely trusted him. He even helped us figure out timings for the music and pretended to be a bridesmaid walking down the aisle to make sure it all worked out! The whole team was so attentive and welcoming, and the venue looked amazing, it’s in a great location in town, and is really beautiful, perfect space with so much flexibility. We really couldn’t have had a better day it was so relaxed and ran so smoothly. We loved every minute and would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Jacob and the team for helping to make our day so perfect we really couldn’t be more grateful! ❤️

The only venue for us!
We first saw The Shack Revolution on Instagram after our chosen photographers shared a story of theirs. Me and my now husband went to see The Shack and loved it straight away! Industrial and Urban, what we were looking for. However, the venue is versatile and are so happy to help you achieve your perfect day. Extra shout out to Zeb and Jacob who were with us every step of the way! Thank you x

Amazing!!!
Every part of our experience with the shack revolution was beyond brilliant. Emily and Jacob were fantastic and gave Tonnes of support and reassurance where needed. Booking , planning and paying for the venue was so simple and the day was magical. They were friendly and just all round amazing. The bar staff for the evening were bubbly and did wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.
