Located in the beautiful and fashionable regency area of Kemptown in East Brighton, The Spire provides a great customisable backdrop for your special day accommodating up to 300 guests.

On many levels the space is a blank canvas for creative couples to get their hands on and you can’t help but be inspired by the chipped paint and quirky features. The stained-glass windows let in an abundance of natural light and the large, gothic inspired front doors make for a dramatic entrance and the main hall lends itself to a variety of layouts.

The venue is not licensed for ceremonies, but celebrant led ceremonies are welcomed. There are a number of catering and bar options available and hire includes a Wedding Coordinator who will help you in both the lead up to your event and on the day itself. The Spire can be hired between April and September and is available both weekdays and weekends!

The Spire is a multi use space hosting all types of events from Theatre and Circus, to workshops and community projects hosting around 15 weddings a year means you get a unique experience and all the time and support you need for your big day.

The Spire has a small car park and there is on street parking near by plus we are on a great public transport route. It is around a 10 minute taxi journey from Brighton train station and buses run regularly right outside the venue.

For a typical wedding celebration we charge £2750.00 (inc VAT) + £300 refundable deposit. This includes:

– Event manager on the day and day before –

We charge a £2 per head corkage (on a free bar) charge or we can run a bar for you.

To secure your big day we require 50% of the hire fee, with the final balance due 10 weeks before your big day.
