Adjacent to The Victorian Barn, you will find additional cottages and lodges that can accommodate another 34 guests, bringing the total capacity to 89. This makes our venue an ideal choice for larger gatherings, ensuring your loved ones can stay close by and enjoy every moment of your special day together.

Example Wedding Timeline

Tuesday or Friday (Day 1 - Arrival and Pre-Wedding Day):

• 12:00 PM – Arrival and Check-In
  Guests can arrive and check into the accommodation. Explore The Victorian Barn and surrounding cottages.

• 1:00 PM – Venue Setup and Relaxation
  Begin decorating Osborne Hall for the ceremony and reception. In the afternoon, enjoy the on-site leisure facilities, including the hot tubs.

• 6:00 PM – Evening Gathering
  Consider hiring a food truck (like a pizza van or fish and chips) to cater for all guests staying overnight. Socialise with friends and family in the Albert Bar area. Osborne Hall is also available, but you may prefer to keep it as-is if it's already decorated for the big day.

Wednesday or Saturday (Day 2 - Wedding Day):

• 9:00 AM – Morning Preparation
  Guests staying overnight can enjoy their own breakfast items in their kitchens. Some couples provide breakfast items for their guests. Leisure facilities are available for a relaxing start to the day.

• Wedding Ceremony and Reception
  The wedding day itself is flexible; couples can choose their own timing for the ceremony and reception.

• 12:00 AM (Midnight) – End of Day Celebration
  Guests not staying overnight must depart by midnight. Alcohol sales and professional music cease at this time. However, couples and their overnight guests can continue to celebrate in Osborne Hall, provided the noise is not audible from outside the premises. Note that the leisure facilities including the hot tubs are not available in the evening due to health and safety regulations.

Thursday or Sunday (Day 3 - Departure and Farewell):

• 9:00 AM – Breakfast with Guests
  You can organise and enjoy a leisurely breakfast together in Osborne Hall with your guests, catered by a professional of your choice or you can self cater.

• Leisure Time
  Take advantage of the leisure facilities or consider having a BBQ with your overnight guests. Clear Osborne Hall of decorations before departure.

• Flexible Departure Time – Departure
  Departure times on Thursday or Sunday are flexible and can be discussed upon booking.

We recommend using a professional wedding planner or coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly.
