The Warren Hayes is a wedding venue in Hayes, Bromley, Kent, England. This magnificent Grade II listed Victorian country house is set amidst 22 acres of North Kent countryside, just a 20-minute drive from the M25 and easily accessible by direct trains from London Bridge and Charing Cross. The house was built in the Flemish style and features beautiful stepped gables, not widely seen in the United Kingdom. This unique and picturesque venue offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly, professional service that is second to none.
Facilities and Capacity
The Warren estate comprises woodland, gardens, playing fields, and several fine event spaces. The Coney Suite, Hobbit Hall, Wickhams, and the Conference Room are all licensed for civil ceremonies. The Coney Suite is the venue's largest event space and can accommodate from 60 to 220 day guests, and 300 evening guests. The Coney Suite has its own bar and stage area, and adjoins the beutiful De Zoete Garden where your ceremony can be held. Both are available exclusively to you and your guests on your wedding day. Our smaller rooms can accommodate from 20 guests, perfect for more intimate weddings.
