Nestled in the rural East Midlands, Willow Marsh Farm offers you an authentic taste of nature. The working farm sits within 100 acres of vibrant pastures, wild marshland and serene lakes that make for a truly unique setting. The space is exclusivley yours over three days. Facilities and Capacity

The farms old buildings have been sympathetically renovated over the last ten years to feature a beautiful marriage of rustic stone, brickwork and weathered cladding, that create a truly magical feeling of old and new.

Couples have the choice of four wonderfully different locations for civil ceremony. Our two outdoor spaces invite you to marry in the English countryside, one space with views out towards the wild marshland and the other infront of our vibrant lakes. Our newly converted Stables creates a wonderful indoor space for your civil ceremony. The old stalls and tac rooms have been maintained whilst a wood burning stove and crittall style glazing to our old barn door entrances invite warmth and cosiness to the space.

The main barn with its beautiful cladded high ceilings and chandeliers offers you a further indoor ceremony space and also a magical space for wedding breakfast and evening reception. South facing, it offers panoramic views over our lakes and wild green areas. The coverred terrace wraps completely around the barn allowing you access outside in all weather and an enchanting space to watch the sunset over the countryside. Featuring a hand made antique bar, cosy hidden alcoves full of classic furnishings and details the barn offers everything you need in one space.

The farm also benefits from two onsite cottages giving you two nights accomodation for up to twelve guests. The farm's former milking parlour has been transformed into a calming preparation space with three double bedrooms, living and dining space. Panormaic views of the lake and the sound of the geese overhead is all part of your stay in The Parlour. Enjoy a champagne breakfast on the balcony and a morning walk around the estate.

The Willow Marsh cottage offers three further double bedrooms and ample dining and entertainment space for all your overnight guests. Perched on the edge of the lake with an outdoor fire pit, terrace and large manicured lawns the cottage boasts a gorgeous indoor outdoor fushion for those long summer nights. Freqently now a space for your evening before celebrations.

A relaxed and intimate venue, Willow Marsh Farm is affectionately run by its owners. The team at Willow Marsh Farm pride themselves on a personalised and bespoke service and will be on hand to help you create the wedding of your dreams.

Hosting only one or two weddings a week, the small and dedicated team lends a personal touch to each event they host, creating a unique, friendly but professional atmosphere, showcased by its outstanding five star reviews.

You will have exclusive use of the farm for the duration of your celebrations. Service includes wedding planning and full coordination of your three day event, bar service and alcohol sales until midnight.

The wedding breakfast is provided by one of our five catering partners who will work with you to create a bespoke menu of your choice.
