Thornbury Castle is known for its superb cuisine. The hotel was awarded a Third AA Rosette in February 2023, and all of the ingredients are either locally sourced or freshly picked daily from the Castle kitchen garden. Nothing goes to waste as scented herbs and edible flowers are also used to decorate cocktails and cakes, and bringing a splash of colour from the seasons.
