Perfect from start to finish
It was perfect.
From our initial communication with Faye to being matched with our coordinator, Sophie, to Joanne running the day for us, everything was perfect.
The staff were so helpful, the venue was beautiful and the food was outstanding.
We’re so happy that we chose The Titanic, we had the best day and evening ever.

Seamless day but bumpy preparations
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the preparations for the wedding after being passed around multiple lead contacts. The responsiveness was poor for the first 6 months of wedding planning and there was a lot of extra costs when we asked for flexibility with the menu.
As I say, the guests wouldn't have had a single negative thing to say with many commenting it was 'the best wedding they'd been to', however the lead up could have been more efficient and less stressful for us as the couple.

Doubt that behind the scenes the titanic made this happen! An absolutely stunning venue, fantastic staff & brilliant service - 100% recommend.
The most amazing day in West Bay!!
The day itself was everything we could have dreamed off. The staff were fantastic and everything ran so smoothly. We absolutely love Titanic and would highly recommend to anyone.

We got married at the titanic hotel on Sunday 19th December 2021
The team on the wedding day itself were incredible!! I can’t sing their praises enough! Every detail was perfect and everyone was so helpful and friendly all day! The food was incredible and we had so many compliments some saying it was the best meal they have had in ages!! The evening buffet was amazing and my only regret is I didn’t eat more!!! I can’t fault anything!!! It was absolutely perfect and I will be forever grateful for all their help in making our day so perfect and special!

It was absolutely beautiful, the venue itself is amazing from the rooms, the halls, the bar, restaurant and to the wedding venue.
The staff were great, very professional, happy to help with anything at all, from initially booking the venue 2 years ago right up to on the day.
Our wedding coordinator Lauren was the most lovely lady, always happy, smiling came up to ensure we had everything we needed on the morning of the wedding and would reply to all email queries beforehand straight away.
The food was lovely, lots of our guests complimented the food for the wedding breakfast and they loved the evening buffet!!
The actual hotel rooms themselves are so spacious and comfortable all family that stayed the night before and after said they would 100% return for the price of rooms and breakfast was great value for money!
