The venue is fantastic. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, without being in the way or intrusive. The accommodation was perfect for our group as we could have the entire family under one roof. The first time you walk down the tunnel to the beaches, the view really impresses you, it's incredible. We were very lucky with the weather (having chosen to run the risk of an autumn wedding). The rough seas and moodier sky were the perfect backdrop for our photos.

The food was excellent. The PA system worked perfectly and really filled the space with the songs Jen had chosen for her aisle walk and while the rest of the family were mixing after the ceremony. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. I would highly recommend the venue for anyone wanting to get married. The day was perfect and we consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to get married where we did.

The team at Tunnels have been nothing but incredible since the very start of our wedding journey. We always knew Tunnels was the place for us and fell in love with it before we’d even visited. What we didn’t know was how the team would make our special day even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We are still overwhelmed with the kindness from all of you and the hard work you all showed to ensure we had the best day we could ever wish for. And that it was… absolutely perfect!

We stayed in The Courtyard and Bath House with our favourite people and it was so lovely being able to go for a tidal pool swim with our guests when we all arrived and then just us on the morning of our wedding day. It was so special. The sun shone for us and the wind only paid us a favour in blowing my veil around beautifully (big thank you to Jacs for anchoring my dress down as I walked through the very windy tunnel!). Marley was amazing at improvising with our schedule (one of many that I kept updating Jamie with across the final months!) making the evening still run seamlessly when it started to rain in the. But we didn’t care in the slightest because the sea as a backdrop is stunning no matter the weather!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our dreams come true. It was a pure magical day from start to finish and we still can’t quite believe that it was ours.

Quite literally the best day of not just our lives but all our friends and family. The day was just perfect from the minute we arrived to the minute we left!

The 2 houses were spotless and anything we needed you guys were on hand to sort it!

On the day of the wedding ‘Jaques’ (not sure on spelling) was lovely and made us feel at ease making the day run like clockwork. Just everything about the houses & venue is utterly amazing and you guys are smashing it so thank you so much again for hosting the wedding of a lifetime!

My husband & I got married at the beautiful Tunnels on the 7th July 2024. We don't live in Devon, didn't have any huge plans to get married in Devon, but after a quick Google search, I saw the website and immediately knew that was our Venue!! We booked our date without seeing Tunnels and in fact only visited it once but that was all we needed. It was PERFECT!
I think it speaks for itself and doesn't need 'bigging up' at all, but honestly everything about Tunnels is simply amazing, from the first steps up to the Tunnel showing the history, to the accommodation (we had The Courtyard & The Bath House between our 2 families), to coming out of the Tunnels to see THOSE VIEWS, the venue itself & the brilliant food and staff.
I cannot praise everyone & everything enough. Our guests loved it too and we are all still talking about it & hopefully will be for years to come.

We had the most perfect elopement wedding. We were blessed with the beautiful Devon sunshine and Tunnels did not disappoint.
From our initial enquiry, Jamie and the team were on hand with relaxed and non pushy emails and flexible requests. They helped with details and allowed us to be free flowing with our minimalist wedding.
We enjoyed every moment and people have commented that our photos look like something from a far flung destination.
We had the wonderful Helen Lisk Photography, flowers from Florence and Flowers, Bridesmaid dress from Monsoon and Brides dress from Stacees. Groom's clothing from Ralph Lauren and Groomsmen from Next.

Tunnels is just an incredible wedding venue! It looks amazing in photos but you have to go and visit it to see how cool it really is. All of our guests loved our venue and we had so many comments on how beautiful it was! It truly unbelievable!

Jamie and the team were always really quick to reply to emails and super helpful in accommodating our choices and ideas to make our day really special.

The weather was 50/50 on the day and we were planning to have our ceremony outside. In the end, we went for it and chose to get married outside. The team at Tunnels, had inside set up, just in case as well! Luckily they did, as it rained half way through our ceremony! We all rushed inside and finished off upstairs! If you’re worried about the weather, don’t be! Inside is amazing as well, and you have both options!

Food was so good- everyone absolutely loved it! There were options for everyone and more than enough to go around.

The accommodation onsite is really amazing. We made a weekend of it, and it was so lovely to have most of your guests on site with us for the weekend, it really made it extra special. The houses are lush as well, and it’s really worth it!!

Overall, everything was brilliant and it was the most perfect venue for our wedding. If we could do everything again we would, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

We got married at Tunnels Beaches on the 4th April 2024. From the moment we came across Tunnels Beaches online when looking for a wedding venue, we absolutely loved it. After going to view it, we knew it was definitely the one. The venue and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful. It really doesn't compare to any other venue.

During the planning process in the lead up to our wedding, Jamie and his team were fantastic. We had a lot of questions and a few last minute changes that did not seem to phase Jamie at all. He made the whole process so easy for us!

We booked The Courtyard and The Bath House to stay in and we couldn't be happier that we did. They are connected which was perfect for all our family and friends. We had a paella night the night before our wedding where the chef from the venue came to the houses to cook a delicious paella. Everyone loved it.

On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly. We genuinely cannot fault the team at Tunnels Beaches and we are beyond grateful for how hard they all worked to make our wedding day so special. Typically, it started raining the moment I walked down the aisle, but the tunnels team were quickly on hand with umbrellas for our guests. Sean and I said to each other after the day that we didn't notice the staff at tunnels hand out umbrellas, take away the ceremony chairs, move the tables to set up the dance floor etc as everything was done so smoothly and completely without any stress or disruption to us. We couldn't have asked for the day to run any better! The staff also packed up any belongings we had left at the venue for us to collect the next day.

Thank you so much to the whole team of staff that work at Tunnels Beaches. We honestly cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day so perfect. We definitely hope to visit the venue again some time!

What a day we had at Tunnels! They are the friendliest people ever and ensured everything ran perfectly and smoothly. But honestly the service starts well before this, from the first time we went to visit the venue everyone was so welcoming and as soon as we walked through the Tunnels to the view of the sea we knew it was the place for us!
Jamie and Team were always on hand to answer any questions we had!
Food was beyond amazing and the venue itself is so unique, I just can't imagine there is any better place to get married!
Wish we could do it all over again! Thanks again to the Tunnels team, what an unforgettable day they created for us

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day at Tunnels! From the moment we booked the venue, right the way through to when we checked out the morning after the wedding, the Tunnels team including all the office staff, the venue staff, accommodation cleaners etc, were incredible. I live fairly local so had visited the venue a few times and nothing was ever too much to ask, even with all my last minute questions, and requests!

The morning of the wedding the venue host came to the accommodation and talked me through everything and answered all my nervous questions! She made me feel very relaxed and everything went incredibly smoothly. They closed off the tunnels to the public for when you walk down towards the aisle and it was just the most incredible feeling.

The rest of the day also went very smooth, the venue staff just had everything under control and nothing got delayed. Even the change over of staff from day to night was super easy and the venue itself is just the most stunning place, even at night! I was lucky enough to have dry weather but even in the rain (or storms which is when we first saw the venue and booked), it is just the most incredible, special, unique place. Most of our guests came from Ireland, Northern England and Scotland and couldn't get over how beautiful it was. And we can't forget about the BEAUTIFUL food!

It's a day we will cherish forever, and I'm so glad we live local so we can come back and visit our new favourite place over the years to come.

Tunnels Beaches facilitated the day of our dreams. We felt so cared for by them throughout the day and also in the lead up to our wedding. We feel so lucky to have been married at Tunnels and it’s amazing that the venue isn’t just all about the setting..! All of the elements are first class and that really starts with the heart of the staff. We didn’t feel like another wedding being churned out and just felt completely special and unique. The food is also amazing. So happy we got married here.

The Tunnels was the easiest and best decision of our entire wedding. We couldn’t recommend the venue more highly. I think once you’ve seen it, you’ve got no option but to book it! The entire team were brilliant from start to finish. They answered my many emails before the day and I felt very comfortable leaving them in charge of the schedule on the day itself. We managed to have our service outside, I love that you can decide so last minute depending on the weather. The food was incredible, our wedding photographer actually said it was the best wedding food he’d ever had! The morning after we went down to clear up and all of the work had already been done, which was such a huge help. The houses on site are beautiful and so convenient. I don’t have anything even vaguely negative to say!! Thank you all so so much for everything, we can’t wait to return!

Tunnels Beaches is 100% the most amazing venue in the UK. The views, food and staff are all incredible. Didn't have a thing to worry about on the day. We booked without even a visit and have zero regrets! Book it.

The moment we stepped foot into Tunnels Beaches our breath was taken away and we knew this was some where we wanted to get married. When we made the decision to get married at tunnels beaches it was the best decision of our lives. You have all helped to make our wedding day so very special and for that we cannot Thankyou enough and will forever sing your praises.

First and foremost can we say a massive thank you for having such a unique wedding venue. We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Our accommodation was Runnymede. It was lovely to have such a stunning place to get ready in. The accommodation is decorated beautifully and we wish our house looked like this - such a fantastic style!!

The staff were fantastic from the moment we booked to the day. They answered every question and believe us we had many! They were so good on the day, you didn’t need to worry at all as everything was taken care for by the lovely staff. Nothing was too much and there was almost too much food to eat! They were very generous at Tunnels and the food was AMAZING! Such lovely fresh food to everyones taste.

This wedding venue totally matched our vibe and was all we had dreamed for our special day. We were lucky with the weather - not too hot but a lovely breeze and plenty of sunshine. It wouldn’t have matter as the venue is stunning enough without it. Would not have changed a thing about our day, just wish we could do it again! We had quite the dream team on the day choosing local people from our fab photographer to the what must be ‘resident’ dj Paul - who knew the venue well and made it just as special.

Wow, don’t even know where to start! From our first look round at Tunnels to the day itself, everything was absolutely fabulous. It is the most stunning location, beautifully and tastefully furnished. The scenery and views are absolutely stunning - takes your breath away! The team that work there go out of their way to make everything go without a hitch, so helpful, organised, friendly and professional. The place has such a relaxed feel about it, which we loved. The food was amazing, from canapés at the welcome, BBQ in the afternoon and Paella in the evening - we had so many compliments on just how good it was. A number of people said it was the best wedding venue they’d ever been to .... it really is great!
We stayed in two of their houses, Bath Hoise and Courtyard, both stunning, really well equipped, large communal areas and great for making a weekend of the celebrations. We just couldn’t fault anything - book it, you won’t be disappointed!
