I cannot thank the staff enough for how amazingly attentive they was through the hole wedding planning process and questions we had was always answered or acknowledged within 24 hours if not a lot sooner.
Stunning grounds and beautifully amazing food. Not one of our guests could fault anything on the day at all, from start to finish. Everyone said how amazing the food was some even said best wedding food they've had in years.

On the day itself they was attentive but not intrusive, they was always there when you needed them to be and worked seamlessly in the back ground to ensure everything went perfectly.

We fell in love with The Orangery from our first visit. It had everything we wanted in a venue - beautiful outdoor options and importantly a beautiful indoor room in case of bad weather! The staff were excellent and helped us prepare everything exactly as we wanted it. Shout out to Natalia, who helped coordinate our entire day ensuring that everything went smoothly. The great thing about the venue is that they can help with almost everything if you want help with the organisation, but you can also completely personalise your day too.

The team at the Orangery were absolutely incredible and a huge part of what made our day even more special! They were on hand for any questions during the planning process and made our lives a lot easier - no question was too small and they were super supportive and accomodating throughout! We were able to just enjoy our day knowing that the team and Kate (our wedding coordinator) was running everything so smoothly and making sure that our guests were well looked after. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and everything we had dreamed of for our day, the Lapa was the most perfect place for our ceremony! The grounds were incredibly well looked after and the dressing room was stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better day, thank you so much!

We got married at The Orangery in September and I can't express how happy we are that we chose this venue! The team were absolutely incredible from the moment we booked the wedding, all the way up to our big day! A HUGE shout out to Beth, she helped to reassure and organise us with everything we needed before and also on our big day. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food served is out of this world! We enjoyed our food taster night and also the V.I.P events that the venue hosted throughout the year which really helped to envision everything come to life! Would recommend this wedding venue to anyone!!

We booked the Orangery for our wedding back in September. I went for a show round with my mum and sister the year before and fell in love with the grounds and immediately saw our wedding being outside at the Lappa. The Orangery team are incredible and whenever I had questions I would send them an email and receive a response either same day or next working day. We have two meetings with our coordinator running through all the questions we had. Everything on the day went so smoothly and I didn’t notice any issues if there were any. The food was amazing, I would say that we didn’t get offered a food tasting in the lead up which worried me slightly as you obviously want your wedding breakfast to be great. The food was incredible, all our guests said it was the best food they had at a wedding. After the ceremony we walked back down the aisle and were greeted by staff with our drink of choice and shortly after a tray of canapés for just us. The on the day service was brilliant. We had a dedicated server for our table that checked on us throughout the breakfast. Our on the day coordinator Bex did a handover when she left to the evening staff which we really appreciated. We had the most perfect wedding day.

We knew that we wanted to get married at The Orangery from the moment we arrived. The grounds are beautiful with lots of different areas to visit, including streams, small waterfalls and a large lake. The ceremony room is beautiful and the skylights are complimented well by the sun.

Staff at the Orangery were brilliant and able to answer all of our questions about wedding fully and were easily contactable through the planning website we were given. The staff did a fantastic job on the day and set up the dinning hall well according to what we wanted. They were attentive the guests needs throughout the day and made it impossible for any moment to go wrong.

If you are considering booking The Orangery for your wedding, and you're wondering whether it is worth the money, or whether they will be up to the task, it is a resounding YES from us. We got married there last Saturday and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives, it was absolutely perfect. The entire team is on hand, on time, clued up, on schedule and every single last member knows exactly what is going on at all times.
I think the secret to the success of the day is that The Orangery’s team are very organised in the weeks and even months prior to the day. The online Sonas portal is a godsend where you can upload all your suppliers, requirements, times, guest lists, seating plans, everything! The Orangery help you with various deadlines to make sure you’re on track and uploading things as and when they need to be submitted. It sounds daunting, but it isn’t! The team are always on hand to answer any questions you have in the run up to the event. You can email or send a message via the Sonas portal and you will have a guaranteed answer within 12 hours. You will also get to meet the team a few times before your big day. The initial meeting, the tasting and the final meetings are all there so you can meet face to face and work out any details that worry you.
On the day, it will be clear that The Orangery do weddings to perfection. It is the obvious that the team know their jobs inside out; they’ve done this before. But it also will feel like your wedding is absolutely the most important event in their calendar. It will feel like your wedding is the only wedding. You have the team’s full attention, and you will feel like they know you and your wishes inside out. As a bride it is so great to be able to get ready in The Wisteria Suite, right next door, so you can peek at the preparations.
In the lead up to the day, we did not hear a single negative comment about The Orangery. After the day, we have only received positive comments from our guests. As a bride and groom, you might be in your little bubble of love on the day, but all our guests were absolutely delighted. From the food to the service, everyone was thrilled. The waiting team looks a million dollars all dressed in black uniform, entering the room together and in sync, serving tables quickly but professionally.
The Orangery is blessed with close to 10 acres of grounds for your guests to explore, a stream, 3 ceremony area options, a spectacular breakfast room and a fantastic terrace. This truly is a special wedding venue. If we could do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing.

We got married here 27.10.22 and it was something from a dream! The team there took the day step by step and I had to worry about nothing. I loved every moment of it.

We were due to get married here in August 2020 but covid got in the way. We have had to postpone again for the same reason but there is nowhere else we would get married. The venue is stunning with lots of gorgeous options for the ceremony. We were fortunate enough to have our menu tasting just before the first lockdown and it was delicious! The team have also been nothing but helpful, kind, patient and understanding throughout our wedding planning, particularly throughout the various curveballs that covid has thrown at us all. I am sure behind the scenes it has been very stressful for them all, but you wouldn't know it. I would highly recommend this venue and am so excited for when the day finally comes that we can marry here!

We had visited a couple wedding venues and we're due to see another when we had booked in for our show around day.
Needless to say... We did not look at the venue we were due to see next. We had seen everything we could have ever wanted in this stunning venue, AND MORE!
Not only were the grounds stunning, but the staff are amazingly brilliant!!! Even on the show around day, we had one to one tour which honestly we did not get anywhere else we went which just made it that much more special.

The lead up to the wedding is a stressful time for the bride and groom, usually! Honestly, we were so chilled out because the online software that the orangery uses is so easy to use, easy to input what we require and to see what is required of us!! Even on the very little that we were unsure of, we would communicate via email or phone call and would get our answers almost instantly!!! How many suppliers or venues can actually do that!!

The staff at the orangery made the whole planning so seamless, nothing was not thought about or mentioned. They communicated with us alot especially in the month leading up to the wedding day and this was very much needed.

We had Bryony who was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant!!!
I said it before, during and after the wedding day but I'll say it again, although the orangery has a wedding going on almost every day, they honestly make your day feel like it's the only one, with all the effort and preparation that goes into it!!! Honestly I cannot praise this venue enough!!!

One of the things we were a bit disappointed with was that we could not do any food tasting, so just went on a whim to decide what food we chose for the day. We did get to try some other dishes on a VIP event that was put on months before. The reason for not having food tasting, the staff said they've never had complaints about their food and thought this was a bit strange. Well low and behold!!! The food was superb!!! We had the veggie soup, prawn cocktail, roast beef and chicken in mushroom sauce!!! All of which tasted absolutely amazing!!! So definitely trust their words!! The evening food we went for the burgers, well I myself was stuffed but our guests were so happy and said it was super tasty. One of the vegetarian guests said it was the best evening food they've had at a wedding!!!

On the day, we were super surprised and so in awe of the servers who served our food!!! I cannot explain until you see for yourself. Super professional and I've never seen anything like it! Everyone had commented on this after the wedding!

I could probably go on and on, but honestly the orangery and it's staff made our wedding flow so seamlessly, look absolutely stunning, and had the best communication with us.

We would recommend this venue and it's staff to anyone!!!! I can't imagine other venues give this much effort and care to their brides and grooms!! BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!

I paid over £10,000 for the wedding to take place in May 2022 and due to COVID and unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get married and therefore had to cancel the wedding. I did not use the venue for that day and gave The Orangery sufficient notice to rent out the venue for that day meaning that they were able to make an additional profit.
I explained to The Orangery over the last couple of years that it has been an extremely tough experience. I have recently been made redundant. On top of this, I am a mortgage prisoner. The mortgage is also increasing on a monthly basis. Furthermore, my uncle has lung cancer.
I have asked The Orangery if they could provide any discount as a gesture of goodwill as anything would have helped. However, they were not very flexible and I am very disappointed with the outcome as The Orangery is my dream venue. They refused to provide any of my money back nor provide a discount due to them being a "business". I do wonder what they have done with my money in the meantime, since they have not provided the venue for me whatsoever!

Myself and my husband got married at The Orangery 23.03.24. From the moment we came to view it was clear that everyone knows exactly what they're doing. The grounds are venue are kept immaculately, the staff so knowledgeable and professional. Anyone getting married here is in very capable hands. Nothing was too much trouble - we had to do a last minute switch to an indoor wedding due to the weather and they rearranged decor perfectly. The staff serving dinner was like silver service. The food both for our wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was delicious. The DJ included had people on the dancefloor all night. So many of our guest said they couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was and said it was the best wedding they'd been to. Can't thank all the staff enough!
