We cannot find the words to describe how wonderful our wedding weekend at Castello di Titignano was, but we’ll try our best. The venue: The site itself is magical – beautifully located up in the Umbrian hills, you’ll find this gem that can only truly be experienced in person. For us, it was important that everyone could stay in one place and not have to travel between accommodations, the church, etc., during the wedding weekend. Since we had booked the entire Castello for the weekend, all our wedding guests stayed on-site, which allowed everyone to quickly get to know each other and created a very intimate, family-like atmosphere. The buildings themselves are stunningly beautiful and offer the perfect rustic Italian feel, with many different spaces to enjoy throughout the weekend. The view: The view speaks for itself – but must be experienced live – and provides the perfect backdrop. The elevated location also ensures a pleasant temperature, even in summer. The fact that you overlook the Castello’s own vineyards makes the experience even more personal. The food: The food is amazing and generous from start to finish. We chose to have a food truck on Friday, which created a lovely, relaxed atmosphere as our guests mingled over a casual dinner. On the wedding day itself, we started with a buffet and mingling before dinner, which all our guests have praised and talked about – it was so generous and beautifully presented. For the dinner, we had quite a few requests, and the Castello team was incredibly helpful and service-minded in accommodating them. We were absolutely delighted with all the food – generous, well-prepared Italian cuisine at its best! The wine: The fact that the Castello produces its own wine is a bonus, making the experience feel even more exclusive and personal. The wines are incredibly good, and we (along with many of our guests) chose to bring some home after the wedding. Now, every sip takes us back to the wedding weekend! The service: The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating! We had such a wonderful experience with the service both before and during the wedding weekend. Friendly, caring, available, clear, and genuine from start to finish. Fiorenza, who helped us coordinate everything, is amazing and easy to communicate with, and the rest of the Castello team was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to them, the weekend went smoothly, and we could focus on each other and our guests. What more is there to say... We had a fantastic experience, and we couldn’t have wished for a better wedding venue.

We got married in Borgo Petroro in September 2024. We were satisfied in all aspects. First of all, the place is wonderful and until you get there personally it is hard to imagine its beauty: everything is very well cared for in every detail. All the staff were very professional and careful with our requests, even coming to satisfy us at the last minute with weather-related changes of schedule. Another thing we really appreciated was the food: everything was really delicious and in the right proportions. All our guests confirmed our feelings. We have already booked for next year's anniversary! :)

A few months have passed since that thirteenth of August, but time cannot and will not tarnish the memory of that perfect day. The straw balers on wich we sat together with friends waiting for everyone tò arrive almost as if to remember the peasant breakfasts of the past in the camp; and the hops towering over us as if to represent the future that we humans cannot bend; the family atmosphere made up of greetings, smiles, show of hands and hugs between people seemed tò have been waiting for that very moment tò see each other again after a long time. Even the dinner evoked the open space of the farm yard with the festive atmosphere of important anniversaries; but without ever exceeding, with an admirable taste and lightness. Only genuine, home-grown products on the table The owners are nice and generous people, as well as capable and professionali in everything, from the set-up to the cuisine and the welcome.

We got married in CDM in September 2024 and honestly had the best few days of our lives! Everything was amazing, from the set up of venue for all three days (we had a welcome dinner the night before, the wedding day itself and also a pizza party the following day), the decorations, the music, the food and wine, etc. All of our guests also commented on how amazing the few days were and that is definitely thanks to the experience and professionalism of the team in CDM, who made sure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The owner Giuseppe, and his team (notably Eva & Ilaria in particular) are truly one of a kind! The attitude of this venue is that when you book it, you are the "Lords / Ladies of the Castello" and it is completely true! There is no end to the flexibility of the setups or the customisation of any aspect of the wedding (if you want a pink elephant, it can probably be done). It is a very unique event space that has been created here and we love absolutely everything about it.

This is the place. Don't look any further! Flaminia and the family were absolutely 10/10!! The food, the wine, the setting and the service from everyone here was perfect. We're from England, and we had a symbolic ceremony. Can't see how it could've gone better. A bit nestled away, but well worth the drive, and very much worth the money!

My husband and I had our wedding here last year September with just our closest family and friends. It was a very wonderful and unforgettable experience and we're so happy we chose this venue for our wedding weekend. We rented the villa and cottage on the estate for 3 nights for the 13 of us. The owners of the estate were so kind and gracious enough to seal off the estate for any other guests so that we had the long weekend to ourselves. The owners and their son were so kind, warm and welcoming to us and even helped us communicate with our transportation vendor since we can't speak Italian. Their son also played some piano for us during our wedding cakecutting. The food from Chef Silvia was amazing as well. The restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin guide and I understand why that is! The servers are also well trained so all in all the dining experience for the whole weekend was very professional and delicious. She created a traditional Italian wedding cake for us which was the best cake we tasted! I can't wait to visit them again for an anniversary!

We had our wedding at Villamena over the weekend of 2nd-5th June and we can't stress enough how brilliant Raffaella and Simona were, not just on the day, but in the two years of planning and build up. I read in another review before our wedding: "trust them". And this truly was the right advice. They really know what they're doing and their sometimes relaxed attitude is simply because they have done this 100s of times before. They are both incredibly kind and welcoming and really made our wedding feel important to them. Nothing was too much trouble and all my requests were met with a 'sure no problem'. The planning process was generally very smooth. We went out to visit once but otherwise conducted all of our planning over Zoom and email. We opted to book our own photographer and string quartet but otherwise used all of the suppliers provided by Villamena. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and just as we'd asked for and they set up these incredible 'starry sky' fairy lights in the terrace which were absolutely stunning and well worth the extra cost. The most impressive thing was definitely the food - it was absolutely incredible across the whole weekend - from the BBQ to the wedding dinner, to the pizza and pasta on Sunday. It was all simply amazing and they catered brilliantly to all of our guests' many dietary requirements. I can't eat gluten and had the best gluten free pasta and pizza I've ever eaten! On the day, we were very unlucky and experienced some of the worst hail and rain ever for that time of year. But Raffaella and Simona had ordered in this amazing marquee to link the refectory and the terrace and we were able to move the ceremony at the last minute to keep everyone dry. I was so touched by the effort they'd gone to to ensure our wedding was still special despite the insane weather! It was truly magical and now I couldn't imagine it any other way. This was truly a wonderful place to get married. Our guests all raved about the venue and the surrounding beautiful countryside. The apartments are really beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had breakfast baskets supplied in every room which were amazing and ensured everyone had plenty to eat outside of the wedding events. We also hired the nearby Sole Luna which was really convenient if you want to have a few more guests staying nearby. Overall, we both truly recommend Villamena as an amazing wedding venue. We will never forget the weekend we had and will be coming back in years to come for our anniversaries!

We brought 55 people from Northern Ireland to Sorgnano for a full week, Monday-Friday, with the wedding on the Wednesday. To say it was perfect would be an understatement. Every single guest and family member loved their accommodation. Everyone had more than enough to do and boredom was never an issue, with the beautiful grounds being explored, activities like wine tasting taking place and the pool being well utilised. The castle itself is the most incredible location for a wedding, regardless of the weather, and the food is to die for. When we went for our menu tasting back in April my eyes literally watered when I tasted the sliced angus. Aside from the wedding food, the breakfast, lunch and the buffet dinner (we requested this) were incredible and the portions were huge, nobody was ever left wanting. In terms of value for money I think you would struggle to find a better location. Not only was it great value for my wife and I for the wedding, our friends and family felt it was great value for what they spent on drinks and meals throughout the stay. Marco and his staff were wonderful hosts and made us and our guests feel at home the entire time. I can't thank them all enough and my wife and I will never forget our wedding week.

Fonte Sala is a beautiful spot for a wedding - stunning countryside views, complete privacy, and easy to get to Montefalco. We loved that the accommodation was split into different apartments so we could accommodate a lot of out guests on site. The owners were very helpful, recommending wedding planners, providing local information and organising transport for us and our guests. A really lovely place to host a wedding - especially if you need to sleep a lot of guests.

Where to begin with our experience, firstly with our wedding planner, Marta ; Without Marta our day would not have been possible, she was completely submerged into our wishes and wills for the wedding day and has a complete talent for turning our thoughts into reality. Her professionalism and dedication was evident from not just the first meeting but the first email correspondence we had together, she was always available via WhatsApp and email, and nothing was too much trouble. We grew an incredible relationship whilst planning the wedding and Marta made us feel relaxed and at ease, especially since we were liaising with her from London and unable to come and visit often. We highly recommend her as a wedding planner as she will not just help you every step of the way, but she will take the pressure off you as a couple so you have the freedom to think and plan without stress. With regards to hotel Bramante itself, we were blown away by the stunning panoramic views, beautiful swimming pool, incredible decor not just in the rooms but throughout the hotel, and the food was just 10/10. However, what sold us to selecting the Bramante for our wedding venue was the staff itself. All the staff follow the same philosophy of complete dedication and love towards their work. We felt like royalty during our stay and our family had the same sensation, nothing was too much trouble and we were helped by all staff every step of the way. We simply cannot wait to go back and relive our memories with all the staff at the Bramante, if you are looking for a true family feel and wonderful atmosphere this is the place to choose. They catered to every request and made the whole experience for us easy and memorable.
