Karen and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The venue is most definitely the best option you could go for your wedding! Even the artist, Nick, that was using the venue the day before helped us, just before leaving, to decorate the space for the ceremony! Definitely recommend! We were so lucky we had a sunny day!

We had an amazing wedding and the planning for this was easy and enjoyable. Maggie was always helpful and easy to contact. The whole experience was perfect and we would definitely recommend cobbles to anyone.

“My husband and I got married at Gileston Manor on July 13th 2019.. it really is what every girl has ever dreamt of The wedding planners are amazing and really got to know us beforehand, they went above and beyond to make sure that our day was everything we wanted, and more...Nothing was ever too much! We kicked off our wedding weekend in pure luxury! With my nearest and dearest I spent the night before at the boutique accomodation, and prepped for a day of magic on the morning of. From saying our vows at St Giles Church, drinking cocktails & beers on the multiple luscious lawns and finished up by dancing the night away in the marquee. Our drinks & catering we’re chosen by a recommended caterer at Gileston itself and it was all definitely a hit with the guests! Our unique photographs we will cherish forever as the grounds are breathtaking and like no other! At the end of what we can hand on heart say was the best day of our lives, the bridal/grooms party returned back to the boutique accomodation for more bubbles and a reflection of what was actually, start to finish a dream come true Elyshia & Tom Brennan”

We both just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help in planning our wedding you have been so helpful and accommodating for us which made the planning a lot easier for us. We would also like to thank the 2 event coordinators on the day they were so good to us from start to finish and every single member of staff was so professional on the day which was noticed and commented on by many guests as well as us! The day ran perfectly and the organisation of staff let this happen!

The bear Hotel catered to what we wanted for our wedding when other wedding venues would not. All the staff were extremely friendly and informative which made the process very easy in the planning stage. On the day of the wedding the staff could not do enough for us and our guest. I would recommend this venue to any bride.

We got married here on the 14th May 2016. It was truly the wedding of my dreams and more. Cannot thank Matthew Bowen for all his hard work and effort for making it Fantastic and so special, also a big thank you to Jodie for on the day everything ran so smoothly. We had a beautiful day from start to finish and if anyone wants to get married here I highly recommend it. Still smiling from our magical day. My cousins' wedding reception was held here in July 2005. It was a fantastic venue to have chosen. The grounds were immaculately manicured; the castle, a wonderful backdrop to such a high profile event. Two female violinists provided the elegant music, and highly professional and competent catering staff, served us with friendly smiles and a courteous attitude. I believe that the grandiose presence of Fonmon Castle added a certain authority to the proceedings, and lent us a social status of the highest order! I was proud to see a family member married at such an esteemed venue.
