VALLE ROSA BUFFET

No doubt a point of excellence of our wedding reception is the appetizer-buffet “Valle Rosa”.

If you wish, you and your guests will be greeted by a rich and varied buffet, much more of an appetizer and a drink: dishes and pizzas cooked at the moment, kebabs, assorted cold cuts and cheese, ham knife, kebab, mozzarella produced in front of you, appetizers of all kinds etc. and of course drinks of all sort.

After the marvellous buffet, you enter in the hall and the real service starts: courses (apart from long pasta) are all served at the plate and always go back for seconds. The service aims to be fast and flowing and is coordinated by the maître. The crowning of the menu is the cutting of the wedding cake and the dessert buffet but this is just a “sample” of our marriages, because everything is decided together with you and supervised by our trusted experience.

THE BANQUETS HALL

The Banquet Hall, with a capacity of up to 220 seats, is the largest room and is designed for a reception in the sign of the Umbrian tradition; It has the typical wooden beams and stone wall of the ancient farmhouses and has beautiful fireplace in the back.

Upon entering the room welcomes you a front room with a cloakroom and a bar, it’s a service space that can be very useful for a cocktail-buffet when the outside temperatures were not ideal.

The large porch before the entrance overlooks our garden where there is also a splendid swimming pool embraced by the green hills of Spoleto. The atmosphere of this typical reception room is really warm and important, allows an event of excellence, be it a wedding, a conference, a meeting, a gala dinner or any other ceremony you want to give the right location and the right flavour with a prestige and certainly fascinating room.

The Banquet Hall is for us evocative of an almost sentimental value because it is the first part of the complex that became operational when starting our business and it is one of the most eye-catching settings.

THE RESTAURANT HALL AND THE PIAZZETTA

Our restaurant hall offers an intimate very fine and elegant atmosphere. It is accessed from the small square where there is also the reception and the entrance of the rooms housed in the old farmhouse that was the ancient country house of the noble Mauri family from Spoleto.

The elegance of the dining room, which can have a capacity up to 180 seats, combined with the charm of the outside porch allows a winning choice for events such aperi-dinners, buffets, gala dinners and business dinners, and of course all kinds of ceremonies requiring a quality service and a suitable and impressive spa

Highlight is the Piazzetta outside that acts both as an entrance and pertaining to the room. The small square is an ancient outdoor courtyard that served as mansion farmyard of the various noble families, who from Mauri, have occurred in the Valle Rosa property. The square is now fully restored and its versatility is what makes the difference: being suitable both inviting dinners at the table and rich informal buffet, and fits any your idea.
