Vermilion started as a restaurant in 2007, designed by Migeul Cancio Martins, where it raised the standards of cuisine, service, design and luxury in Manchester. In 2016 it launched the Vermilion Hall, a stunning 800 person capacity venue that is designed for weddings which demand beauty and elegance.
