About
Villa Giusti del Giardino is a stunning wedding venue in Bassano del Grappa, Italy.
The Villa was originally constructed in the first half of the 17th century by the Zambelli family. It became a cultural hub in the 18th century under Girolamo Ascanio Molin, attracting intellectuals like poet Jacopo Vittorelli and naturalist Giambattista Brocchi. In the 19th century, following Paola Molin's marriage to Count Carlo Giusti, their son transformed the villa by creating a romantic-inspired park, inaugurated in 1861. The Giusti family owned the villa until 2000 when it was acquired by Villa Giusti del Giardino Srl.
The villa spans 37,700 square meters and includes a park with over 1,300 trees, a rose garden, and a monumental gate. Built in the 1600s, the villa has undergone various renovations, including major changes in the early 1900s, such as the addition of a belvedere tower and a portico. A further restoration took place in the 2000s. The property also features a private chapel with a sculptural group by G. Torretto from around 1730.
The villa’s gardens, once reserved for the noble family, contain a large fountain, flower beds, and centuries-old trees, offering a picturesque and elegant setting. A central holm oak adds beauty and shade. Located near Bassano del Grappa’s historic centre, the villa has convenient access to major transport routes, including nearby airports in Venice, Verona, and Treviso.
