Perfection!
From the initial planning stage approximately 18 months ago, the service has been amazing.
Lauren, who was overseeing the planning stage, was absolutely lovely; she was friendly and professional - she was everything we needed! She ensured every part of the day was covered and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all of questions and requests promptly and professionally.
We had Josh running our event on the day - and he was amazing! He was super attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. He was everything a stressed bride needed because he was so calm and welcoming! Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more.
The rest of the staff were very professional and friendly, and every aspect of our service for the weekend was faultless!
We had lots of comments from guests about how lovely the hotel was; how nice the staff were; how clean everything was and that the food was delicious.
We would definitely recommend the Village Hotel, Cheadle to everyone!

Unfortunately, we had to push it back yet another time but only a few weeks until August. Finally when it did happen, it was truly the best day of our lives (excluding when our daughter was born). The team on the day were amazing, so polite and couldn’t do enough for myself and the guests. Making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was incredible! People are still talking about the food and saying how lovely it was - especially the soup.
The bar staff were very efficient and there weren’t any long queues for the guests waiting to be served.
Everything went perfect and we were not disappointed in the day.
The DJ played everything we wanted playing and judged the event just perfectly.
We cannot thank the team at The Village Hotel, Cheadle enough for their efforts on the wedding day and on the days leading up to it.
