Voco Hotel Reading has multiple indoor event suites ideal for intimate weddings. One of their options is the private dining room, Cilantro, which can host wedding breakfasts with up to 76 seated guests. Inside features a rustic, moody aesthetic to cover your celebration in a stylish light. You and your guests will be welcome to use the Champagne Bar for your drinks reception and a private breakout area for a more intimate setting. Also available is the Atrium bar and brasserie-style restaurant, Le Cafe, for a more relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. If you're planning a larger celebration, the hotel team has a partnership with Lagoona Park and can work with you to arrange a marquee wedding for up to 150 guests. In addition, the hotel features over 200 in-house guest bedrooms, including a variety of suites and family rooms, for you and your loved ones to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay. Put on your dancing shoes the Jazz Club is right next door to us, can look after Wedding after parties of up to 280 guests.

We understand that when you’re celebrating a wedding, you never want the day to end. That’s why we’re delighted to offer you preferential room rates for your guests with a 20% discount on our best available bed and breakfast rates, based on one or two adults sharing a room on the night of your wedding. Discounts offered will be subject to availability and terms and conditions will apply. With showstopping suites in our hotel, and large famliy rooms we have the perfect space for the happy couple to spend their wedding night. All our rooms offer magnificent views ,we try to anticipate everything to make sure your stay with us goes as smoothly as possible, from the practical things like an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities in every room, to special touches like the bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries.

We have 201 rooms including 10 Suites and 40 family rooms, our family rooms have two king sized beds and a sofa rollaway. Plus we have a health club with a indoor pool Sauna and plung pool and Gym.

The ceremony is written exclusively for you with total flexibility, not only in the choice of words but also in the choice of our many venues to be the perfect backdrop to your ceremony.

A Celebrant-led service will give you the freedom to make your celebration totally personal, memorable, and unique and can include elements from your background, culture, passions and experiences. Claire will work with you to provide ideas and inspiration, and she works closely with the wedding team here at Voco Hotel Reading to make sure everything goes perfectly.
