Willow Hill is a country wedding venue near Gloucester, Gloucestershire. With spectacular views of pastoral land, our locale makes an outstanding setting for special occasions. From 2022, we invite couples that are planning remarkable festivities. You can turn your occasion into an exclusive three-day holiday experience on your own farm on your own hill.

Facilities and Capacity

We're used to hosting anything from small intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions - all designed around your brief and budget so you can shape the experience you want. We're guest-friendly, child-friendly, pet-friendly, and friendly in general.

We offer our elm-beamed Mill House for private dining up to 25 guests, and the Cobney bar for relaxed entertaining, serving an extensive range of artisan beers, spirits, wines and cocktails with your
own bar tender. Next to the bar and facing into the Shrubbery, the Mill Terrace seats 40 under a cover with a music system, strung lights and fire pits lit every evening.

Our large range of accommodation can hold from 40 guests upwards.

Services Offered

A few steps from the Shrubbery, the Top Field at Live Happerley offers stunning views from the hill. We offer fully catered for accommodation for glampers with 10 luxury safari camp 5m bell tents avaliable. Glampers are provided with both built-in flushable toilets, eco-loos and their own toilet tent and washbasin per camp, as well as shower facilities.

We also offer the Wash House, our tiny luxury house for two with private courtyard and hot tub, as well as our Mirella Shepherds Hut for two with superb views over the vale. We also have our new shalets oof Swallow Perch and Cathedral View.

Guests can relax in a heated 32-foot outdoor swimming pool with a view down the orchard slopes. Younger ones can splash in a 10' bathing pool or there's a paddling pool for toddlers. We offer a pick-and-mix selection of games that include farm croquet, badminton, boules and table tennis. Or there's a nature trail and trim trail for guests to run off surplus energy.

Our Dutch barn offers a large indoor space for dining or partying or, for an additional charge, we can offer the option of our 100' x 40' lined marquee. Audiovisual equipment is included in the hire. Our mobile banqueting trailer offers another option for a memorable night's dining under the stars, seating 25, or doubling for 50.

Location is everything and there's no better place to find yourself than Willow Hill, just five miles from the medieval town of Tewkesbury. With panoramic views over the vale, the River Severn makes its signature on the landscape, where ancient water meadows fill with over-wintering birds during times of high water. The area is teeming with wildlife and scattered with footpaths for exploring this unique corner of Gloucestershire.
