Where do we start?! Having our wedding reception at Westbarn Lodge was THE best decision we made. The lodge was ideal and spacious for both of our big extended families all of whom had a comfortable stay and a fantastic wedding weekend. It had everything we needed and more, so our families travelling from abroad did not have to worry about bringing too much with them - especially those with little ones. Barney and Pippa were easy going from the start and were super helpful throughout the year. Always on hand for our million questions. We were able to make some wonderful memories with our families the weekend of our wedding thanks to Westbarn Lodge. The venue speaks for itself with its stunning views, and unique special touches throughout the entire barn and lodge. It really made our English countryside wedding special! All of our family, guests and vendors were absolutely blown away by Westbarn Lodge and couldn't stop complimenting the venue and its surrounding views! It been almost two months on and they still can't stop talking about Westbarn Lodge!

A warm family environment, super friendly and (do anything attitude)!! I can’t recommend enough, the Carnie family are brilliant to work with and it’s amazing what you can do with the space. It made our day and our 250 guests were just as pleased.

The whole experience from booking to execution was so easy, any questions I had were quickly answered, beautiful historic venue that was everything we wanted.

Couldn’t have been a better day. Everything was magical from the beautiful room set up, to the delicious food and talented customer service. The event team were wonderful, helping us communicate with local suppliers and brought our vision to life. Truly a day of cherished memories that will last a life time.

Our stay at Henge Estate was one of the best we have ever had. The house was super clean and tidy. The beds and rooms looked even better than the pictures. The grounds and property were amazing for our perfect wedding. We can't wait to visit it again. Would definitely recommend it to others wanting to get married here. The host, Victoria was extremely kind and helpful, and answered all of our questions swiftly. We didn't want to leave at the end of the weekend!

Hamptworth looks amazing - like a high end London club, with amazing views. We had a brilliant experience and all of our guests were enormously complimentary about the food (top restaurant quality), the location (just beautiful, in and out), and the staff who went above and beyond - before and on the day. Special shout out to Zoe and Eva who were incredibly helpful and supportive. The space is brilliant - we had a string quartet, a band, a photobooth, doughnut wall, sweet shop, and sat 50 for lunch. And at no point did we feel crowded. Fully recommend.

Thoulstone Park was the perfect setting for our summer wedding. The venue was nestled in a woodland clearing surrounded by trees and nature. We chose to have our ceremony outdoors, as we wanted a serene and picturesque space for our vows. While it did unfortunately rain on our day, this added to the magic. In hindsight, we could have added a stretch tent to the area to provide our guests with a bit more shelter, but umbrellas worked well in a pinch. For the dinner reception, the venue featured a permanent marquee which easily fit our 110 guests. The woodland setting added a touch of simplicity and charm to the dining experience. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and did their best to ensure our vendors and suppliers were able to access the area as and when needed. When we needed to add more items (we added an extra marquee to provide more shelter for our guests), they had no problems. Overall, the venue and hosts' commitment to an easygoing and customizable experience, along with well-managed logistics, made the entire celebration memorable and stress-free. Highly recommend this venue for a relaxed and personal wedding experience. ️

We got married in June 2023 and the whole team at The Peppermill were so helpful from our initial enquiry to planning the day. Philip was really responsive, flexible and happy to accommodate any last minute requests. The whole day ran smoothly without any hitches. The food was great and the service from the staff was fantastic, really helped make the day special. Couldn't have asked for more, thank you!
