Music Wedding Videos is based in London and offers a unique service to brides and grooms who want something a little different for their wedding day. The traditional long wedding videos aren't quite as fun as having all the guests at your wedding participate in a music video. The staff helps the bride and groom choose just the right song, style, and venue if the couple should choose to do a theme.

Services offered

Clients receive a DVD, Blu-ray, and digital files for viewing on a computer or phone. Just a few days after the wedding, everyone will be able to view the music video online. Clients get to choose the song they would like the guests and themselves to perform to. The HD Music Wedding Video Package includes one camera operator, one camera, HD quality video, one digital copy or one DVD, and editing services finished within a month.

The HD Music Video + Traditional Wedding Video Package includes two camera operators, three cameras, HD quality video, one DVD of each video, one digital copy of each video, one iPhone or the mobile copy of each video, and editing services finished within two weeks. The Ultimate HD Music Video + Traditional Wedding Video + Photographs Package includes two camera operators, one camera assistant, three cameras, Steadicam and aerial and dolly shots, HD quality video, five DVDs of each video, one digital copy of each video, one iPhone or mobile copy of each video, and 50 still digital photos.

The professionals at Music Wedding Videos stay out of the way of other professionals hired at your wedding. They understand that although you may want something different at your wedding, you may still want the traditional photography and video footage as well. The videographers would prefer about two weeks of notice so that there is plenty of time to let the guests know the song lyrics and preparations for the music video.

What services do you offer?

What does the wedding package include?

We can provide consultancy on selecting the perfect song and video for you, your guests and style of ceremony and venue; a full music wedding video including editing and conversion to DVD, Bluray, Youtube and digital downloads for computers and/or mobile phones; traditional-style wedding videos can be filmed simultaneously; and finally we can also offer additional photography from the video footage

How far in advance should I contact you?

We are able to accept last-minute bookings on occasion but generally prefer at least two weeks to ensure we can consult with you regarding your chosen song and to ensure we have time to email your guests letting them know the song and lyrics so they can get as involved as they wish to

What is the charge for travelling?

For weddings outside of London and Birmingham areas we charge travel expenses of 50p/mile. If you wish for us to stay until the end of your reception then in areas outside of London and Birmingham we would also ask for you to cover accommodation

What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

Our approach is very innovative - you choose your favourite song (with our help if you need it)... we show up on the day and film footage of preparations, the ceremony, speeches and reception... then we edit it and deliver your very own music wedding video. Of course, we can also film traditional style wedding videos and provide photography. Our approach is non-invasive and respectful of you and your guests - you will hardly notice we are there. We work well with photographers, for example while your guests are waiting to be called for photos, we will generally keep their spirits up and get them involved with singing, dancing or just sending their greetings for the wedding video(s). As the day goes on (and more alcohol possibly consumed) we find that the guests become more and more comfortable with the concept and become more and more keen to get on camera! Also, having your own music video is a much more fun way to look back on the big day - it can be uploaded to the internet via sites such as Youtube and your guests (as well as those who are unable to make it to your big day) can easily view the video

We accept online transfer, cheque, credit/debit cards, Paypal or cash deposits

How do you work?

1-3 camera operators with optional HD camcorders available for guests to shoot their own additional footage. All video, audio and photography will be edited after the event into a music video. This can then be converted to any format for you and uploaded online as you wish, and made available to the world to see. We coordinate with your other suppliers such as photographers without intruding on their requirements - in fact our clients and their photographers are often delighted at the way we keep guests entertained while waiting for photographs, and how the filming of a chosen song can contribute to a highly enjoyable atmosphere
