We are so glad we chose Rich to be our videographer for our wedding day at Brympton house in Somerset. From our first conversation we knew he was going to be the right choice. He arranged a long video call with us to get to us know as a couple and allow us to ask any questions we needed from him. We really feel grateful that he took the time to understand us and our vision for the day. On the day itself, Rich arrived early (I believe he even went the day before to scope out the venue and get an understanding of where would be best to film), and was an absolute pleasure to have there with us throughout our wedding day. We had two photographers working at the same time and appreciate this can often involve difficulty competing for time with the couple for shots but Rich took it in his stride and was extremely laid back and enabled it all to work perfectly. He really managed to put us at ease with his friendliness and warmth and understood that we didn’t want the cameras to be too intrusive, i.e. not to have the video camera at the front during the ceremony etc and he really ensured this didn’t happen.
Many of our guests commented on how friendly and personable Rich was and this was crucial for us.
We are so happy with the quality of our wedding video, the key moments we wanted captured have been perfectly and the quality is beyond what we expected.

Rich Turner videoed our wedding 3 years ago.

Our main brief was to compile a 5 minute highlights video that captured the essence of the day rather than an endlessly long video that no-one ever watches. Rich went above and beyond. Having carefully listened to our endless and sometimes quite specific requests, he and his assistant were somehow everywhere and scarcely missed a moment of the day. The highlights video he produced is absolutely brilliant. It has been watched again, again and again. We absolutely love it. Makes us weep every time!

I highly recommend Rich for recording your special day. You'd be hard pushed to find a better, nicer, more reasonable (in every way), patient, respectful, reliable and professional videographer.

We got in touch with Rich through Hitched and he arranged a video call around our busy lives where we talked through our plans for the day and how we wanted that to be captured. Rich gave us a bespoke quote to suit that and also helped by bringing in a second cameraman to add some more angles and depth to the video.
Any questions we had Rich were easily answered by Rich via email or WhatsApp and helped remove any stress from the day when it came to the video.
Rich and Evan were able to capture all of the special moments while also remaining out of sight and avoiding our Photographer as well which was very impressive.
Overall Rich is a great guy, really friendly and professional and puts together an amazing wedding video that we are going to get joy from forever!
