  Do not use!

  Booked a photo and videography package through this company. The photographer didn’t even attend the wedding! The videographer attempted to do both which is just ridiculous! We had no formal pictures or twilight photo shoot, he didn’t even have the list of the family I requested pictures with! The videographer also arrived looking extremely scruffy! I have not received any photos or my video and we got married 4 months ago! All my messages and emails are now ignored! I am in the process of suing this company. You should be completely ashamed of yourself Paul Neale.

  Not a professional job at all

  Did not stay until 10pm as stated on contract-left at 8pm
  Waited 5 months for the video to come come back
  Wrong music to final video
  No Drone used even though the weather was good
  Did not take any footage of the Groom and his best men at the venue, even though it was advertised that there were 2 of them and could be in two places. spent all their time at the brides house.
  No footage of guests arriving
  Did not take the bride and groom away for footage on their own
  no footage of them in the car on their own as requested even though camera guy joined them on their journey.
  As a good will gesture agreed to take particular stills ( 10) however, not received any.
  Endless emails ignored
  Asked for raw footage and refund no reply, that was 2 weeks ago
  No creativity used at all throughout the day

  Outstanding

  We received an exceptional service from severn scent photography both Toni and Paul catered to everything we wanted and more on our big day, nothing was too much trouble. They really did capture the best moments on the day. We have a keepsake to treasure.
